"We booked a king suite for a two night stay. We received a call shortly before arriving asking us to voluntarily downgrade to a smaller regular room. We said we would discuss upon arrival. When we arrived, we were immediately asked how many were in our party and when we said 2, the front desk tried to talk us into a regular king room bc they wanted to give the suite to a larger party. It was a very odd exchange and we declined and said we booked a suite for a reason. It left a bad taste in our mouths for the rest of the stay. The hotel was hosting several softball teams, which made it quite loud. The rooms do not block out sound very well. The room was clean and well appointed. The rest of the hotel was just average. The workout room was not very clean. The free breakfast was not great."

"I reserved on app, we were given room on the backside. There were roaches crawling across the floor when we entered. Tile floor had not been swept. Non-smoking room, but huge burns in bedding and the couch, and it was so nasty dirty that i wouldn't sit on it. The little girl at the desk was nice and moved us to a room on the front. It was better, but the floor was told and filthy. I went from the shower to the bed and had to wash my feet (see photo) because they were black before I could put my shoes on. We stay at super 8 a bunch on our motorcycle rides. This was by far the worst, nastiest, gross room we have ever paid to stay in. "

"Front desk staff is very rude!! Not just one time multiple times the only friendly one is Cameron but as far as the females that work there they are rude and shouldn't be dealing with customers at all !;At first I really liked it there until the rudeness got worse and then tone of the females was being super petty and charged me $225 for "dirty towels and sheets". Bad stay gone worse!!!! Besides that very nice and affordable wish it could have been different ."
