What the experience! This hotel is nice 3-star hotel near most interesting central and north Tokyo locations. It's easy to get there from both airports as they're lot of metro stations nearby.
The staff is super friendly, speaks good English and do their best to make your stay relaxed and smooth.
Lot of free perks like tea and coffee anytime, and some niche like alcohol degustation and takoyaki station in designated timeslots. Still, it's for free!

It was a pleasant stay for my family of 2, I'm looking to visit you again next time!

I stayed one night in Tokyo before heading home after my Mount Fuji trip. The hotel is right next to Takaracho subway station, which offers direct lines to both Narita and Haneda airports, making it incredibly convenient. There are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so daily necessities are easily accessible. The room was small but very clean. Downstairs, they offer free coffee and late-night udon, and the front desk staff were friendly and polite. It's a nice hotel overall.

Our stay went very well. The location is perfect, it's easy to access the top locations. The room was small but cosy, and the view -- breathtaking. The rooftop has beautiful overview.

I feel it's a bit overpriced for the price.
Also, when entering the hotel you have to pass through bars and other restaurants, which can be a bit confusing.
There are *********** standing in front of the hotel trying to attract customers, which is really unpleasant. I'm sure this is normal in urban areas, but it makes a big impact.
The location is good as it's close to the station. The front desk staff were a bit cold, which is hard to describe lol

The hotel is right next to Kokusai Street, and there's a Family Mart downstairs. They change towels daily, and the rooms offer a private space. The shower rooms require a code to enter, which feels very secure. There's a washing machine for 300 Yen and a dryer for 100 Yen for 30 minutes. Laundry detergent costs 50 Yen per pod. The soundproofing isn't great, but for the price, having a private space is well worth it. There are separate male and female toilets on each floor.

The hotel is conveniently located, very clean, and provides a comfortable stay. It's definitely the hotel I'll stay at again next time I'm in Okinawa. The staff are very friendly. Highly recommended!

500m from kobe tower. We select this hotel because there is japanese style room with public Onsen available. Big room for 4-6 members can be fit. I recommend the hotel team to clean the air con as so many dust but there is Air humidifier machine set up inside the room too.

The hotel receptionist's English could be improved; they only knew basic English words and couldn't really hold a conversation. Most of their service was in Japanese, which might not be very friendly to international travelers.

However, the service attitude was very good, and they offered free-flowing beer from 5 PM to 7 PM, a very special promotion.

The rooms were very clean and the accommodation was comfortable, but the location has many street vendors soliciting customers at night, which might be a bit scary for tourists returning late.
