Had an amazing stay! The location in People's Square is unbeatable, making it super convenient for getting around. The high-floor city view was absolutely stunning, and the room itself was spotless and tidy. The bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a baby. Both the front desk and room service staff were thoughtful, attentive, and quick to respond. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the local Shanghainese dim sum was authentic and delicious. The gym and pool facilities were also top-notch. All the staff were polite and professional, and the value for money is definitely there. It's perfect for both leisure and business travelers, and I'd highly recommend it for a return visit!

Excellent stay at JW Marriott Shanghai Tomorrow Square! 

The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a fantastic view of the city. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Room, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

A special thank you to Mr Aaron for kindly extending my check-out time until 4:00 PM. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to help truly stood out.

The customer service throughout my stay was exceptional. Superb customer service from the entire team. 

I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

The hotel environment is beautiful. I got upgraded to a lake view room. Every staff member I encountered greeted me proactively and was very enthusiastic. The hotel's evening buffet had a wide variety of dishes and is definitely worth trying. They have freshly stir-fried seafood and seasonal vegetables, all very fresh. Breakfast was a bit crowded, and I had to queue for a while. They offer special lamb noodles in the morning. The outdoor swimming pool is great for photos, though it can be a bit sunny. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

This was my first stay at the Shenzhen Marriott Hotel, and honestly, it was a mixed bag – some good, some not so good. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were excellent, very friendly and helpful. However, the staff at the entrance and the bellhops were quite disappointing. They weren't proactive in assisting guests, and for a hotel, the first impression often comes from the entrance staff. This really detracted from my overall experience. The front desk staff were polite and said everything was fine, but the baggage handlers were truly awful. On the positive side, the dim sum at the restaurant was exceptional. So, if I ever consider staying here again, I'll definitely have to think long and hard about it. I honestly don't understand how a five-star hotel can have such a stark difference in service quality. For a first-time guest at the Marriott Shenzhen, it was certainly a memorable experience, but not entirely for the right reasons.

Our stay at the Qianhai Marriott Hotel was absolutely perfect, especially as we were celebrating our anniversary. The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the bay view is breathtaking. A special thank you to Cassie (3135) from the GR team. Upon learning that it was our anniversary and we had a special room setup request, she proactively connected with me on WeChat.

The initial communication was incredibly detailed and efficient. She thoughtfully assisted us with an upgrade to a premium bay view room and coordinated a beautiful anniversary room decoration, complete with fresh flowers and an exquisite cake from the pastry kitchen. My girlfriend absolutely loved it! Every detail showcased JW's care for its guests. We had a very satisfying experience and this will be our top choice for future business trips and getaways with my girlfriend.

My stay at JW Marriott Hotel Beijing Central for my entire trip to Beijing far exceeded my expectations!

The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Xuanwumen subway station. Getting to Tiananmen Square, the Summer Palace, and the National Museum was a breeze. There are also plenty of traditional eateries and delivery options nearby, making it a one-stop shop for food and transportation.

The room was spacious and meticulously clean. Even though it faced the street, it was very quiet. The mattress and pillows were soft, making it incredibly relaxing to come back to after a day of sightseeing. The service was a definite highlight: they offered free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which was perfect for my itinerary of visiting attractions during the day, arriving by high-speed rail in the morning, and catching a high-speed rail in the evening.

What truly touched me was the thoughtful gesture. My stay coincided with my birthday, and the hotel proactively sent a beautiful and delicious birthday cake, accompanied by a handwritten card. This little surprise during my trip was incredibly heartwarming. The front desk, concierge, and housekeeping staff were all patient and gentle, and they responded to requests promptly. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it’s excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Beijing!

During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting Claudia, the Assistant Front Office Manager, who was incredibly warm and attentive. The laundry package she recommended was excellent value for money. All the staff I encountered over the past couple of days were exceptionally enthusiastic, always greeting guests and offering help. A special thanks to the front office and doorman staff who assisted with my luggage. The room was meticulously cleaned and tidy; I especially loved the bright feeling of the sunlight streaming in. The slippers were thoughtfully placed on a white mat, which was a very nice touch. My heartfelt thanks again to Claudia for her considerate assistance, making my entire stay very smooth and the overall experience wonderful!
