My stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai at Tomorrow Square was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent; it's quiet yet incredibly convenient for getting around. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, thanks to the warm and helpful front desk staff, which really enhanced my experience. The hotel's service truly impressed me; the staff were all professional and friendly, and they even thoughtfully helped carry my luggage to my room. The attention to detail was impeccable. I stayed in a river-view room, which was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

The hotel stay was great, though it's quite high up with the lobby on the 38th floor. The room service was excellent! They noticed I didn't have a mouse pad and even brought one up for me. I've stayed in so many hotels, and this is the only one that's ever been so considerate about a small detail like a mouse pad.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel environment was incredibly comfortable, and the room was clean, tidy, and had fantastic natural light. Just being in there felt relaxing and reassuring. What truly impressed me was the service; from check-in to check-out, it was attentive and thoughtful throughout. The staff were gentle, accommodating, efficient, and never intrusive. You could feel their dedication and professionalism in every interaction. If I ever come back to this area, this will definitely be my top choice. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

My stay at JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen was absolutely perfect! A big shout-out to Reina, the guest services agent, for her outstanding professionalism. The check-in process was incredibly efficient and smooth. She proactively explained the hotel's facilities and service details and responded to all my requests super fast. The room was elegant and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the high-floor view was breathtaking. Reina was gentle and patient throughout my stay, and her attention to detail truly showcased the attentive service of a luxury hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. It's definitely my top choice for business travel, highly recommended!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring attractions, parks, and scenic spots, as well as finding dining options. The room was spotless, with no hidden dirt, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The bathroom featured a dry-wet separation design and plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and room service was prompt. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money and I highly recommend it! Special shoutout to Leo for his excellent service!

Seriously, you can't always trust negative reviews; everyone has different expectations, and when we're on vacation, the goal is to be happy and satisfied with everything. I remember one day we returned to the hotel early, and our room had already been tidied. My sunglasses, which I'd left out that morning, had a new cleaning cloth next to them, and my child's phone cable was neatly organized with a cable clip. It was incredibly thoughtful. After resting for a bit, we went to the hotel pool. The outdoor pool on the M floor offers views of the Burj Khalifa. I didn't expect the room to be cleaned again, but when we returned, it was! All my valuable jewelry I'd left on the nightstand was still there. Later, when we went out for dinner, we actually ran into the two young men doing the turndown service, and they greeted us politely. Honestly, after a tiring day of exploring, returning to a tidy and welcoming room every time, who would even think about finding fault? My only regret is not having exchanged enough foreign currency for tips! 🙉

The Kitchen6 restaurant is enormous. You might think you've been seated in a really out-of-the-way spot, but there are coffee machines, toasters, and even duplicate food stations everywhere, even in the far corners. It couldn't be more convenient. Although this hotel was recommended to me because it had Chinese food, I never actually ate any. There's no need to insist on Chinese food. The steamed fish, however, was excellent; I had it twice. Everything else was random, and my stomach was incredibly stable for days. Oh, and by the way, the cappuccino the hostess made for me on the first day was so thoughtful – she even gave me a milk pitcher and a shot of espresso on the side. Have all the 'five-star' hotels I've stayed at before been fakes? 🙉

One of the amazing stays I made in Dubai, I actually celebrated my husband’s birthday along with my business trip, I requested the hotel for special arrangements and I am really grateful for their support and nice arrangements.
Overall I really enjoyed my stay and for sure I will recommend this hotel for all: as the hotel is luxury, JW kitchen’s food is so delicious, the location is amazing next to one of the best malls in Dubai, connected to Dubai Marina where you can find a number or restaurants and cafes and you will also be able to take a boat/ yacht trips.
Thanks to all the staff at the hotel as all were friendly and respectful.
