### Location: Excellent! Just a few hundred meters from the Potala Palace, our 180-degree view room faced the east side of the palace directly. We enjoyed watching the Potala Palace enveloped in morning mist and its brilliant lights at night.

### Restaurant: The 6th-floor restaurant offers unobstructed views with large floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect for photos. We enjoyed the scenery during both breakfast and afternoon tea. The breakfast selection was simple but delicious; there was always something to our liking.

### Amenities: The room was equipped with a scenic lounge chair and a tea set, making tea time with a view very pleasant. Mineral water was generously provided, and guests could also grab extra from the common area. The keyless entry made coming and going very convenient.

### Service: The staff were warm and attentive, proactively guiding us and helping with luggage. I accidentally stained the duvet, and they completely replaced the bedding, which I greatly appreciated 🙏.

### Dining & Shopping: Located in the city center, dining and shopping were very convenient. There are many scenic restaurants nearby, such as Youjian Mountain and Windsor Manor. Before leaving, we easily purchased local specialties like yak jerky and yak milk powder.

### Small Suggestions: It would be great to add a towel basket under the sink and upgrade to smart toilets. When first arriving at high altitude, showering can be difficult, so a smart bidet would be a thoughtful touch.

1. This is by far the best value, most comfortable, and tastiest hotel in Lhasa. I first stayed here during the Keriya Pass trip and was so impressed that I've returned every time since, and have even recommended it to friends.
2. The service is consistently excellent, the rooms are spacious, and they provide oxygen, humidifiers, and ample heating. The parking lot is also large.
3. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and genuinely delicious – it's got that authentic wok-hei flavor! It's far superior to many five-star hotels that offer variety but lack taste. They even provide convenient individual bread portions for takeaway.
4. I didn't have time to eat fruit at breakfast, so a lovely front desk attendant kindly packed a small box for me. So thoughtful! The fruit was sweet and fresh, and the quality was excellent.
5. Because of this Lhasa hotel, I now only consider staying at Pingcuo Kangsang hotels whenever I'm in Tibet. I truly recommend it!

Amenities: The room was fully equipped, and you could tell a lot of thought went into every detail.

Cleanliness: Extremely clean, which made for a very comfortable stay.

Environment: Great location, with plenty of dining options nearby and convenient transportation.

Service: Absolutely five-star, even though it's a small town, the service was exceptional. The hotel called in the morning to confirm our itinerary, added us on WeChat to answer questions, helped us arrange transportation to the scenic area upon check-in, and we found fruit in our room with the floor heating already on and oxygen turned on. When they learned we'd be heading to Gawula Pass for sunrise and would miss breakfast, they proactively refunded the breakfast fee and even prepared two packed meals for us. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. I highly recommend experiencing it for yourselves!

The experience of fewer people in the off-season is superb, because the traffic jam has arrived at Ranwu Lake at 11 o'clock in the evening, but the service is really good, hot milk before going to bed, oxygen machine use, it is recommended to worry about the high anti-use nasal straw to sleep, the room is comfortable and clean, the room has been upgraded to a viewing room, outside the window is the snow mountain, If you get up early, you can see Rizhao Jinshan in the room. If it is not a viewing room, you can also see it in the lobby on the first floor. It is worth staying.
