The hotel is in a good location, convenient travel and complete surrounding facilities. The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are perfect, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is good. The staff is warm and thoughtful and responds promptly. Stayed 5 nights in bedroom.

Expectation/Reality: the pictures were much better than the actual room. The cafeteria has a fridge you can use, I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked like it could be good. A/C worked fine.

Security: good security, no additional locker or safe but 24/7 front desk and generally felt safe. 

Hygiene: the walls of the rooms were not clean nor were the chairs. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was helpful.

Hospitality: the staff is very accommodating and responsive.

Social Atmosphere: not really applicable as it’s a hotel but the area of this location is great, close to cafes, the metro and lots of shops and restaurants.

Generally, not bad for the price, the walls of the room and the chairs being dirty were not encouraging but location was great.

• This stay was absolutely amazing! The elegant and sophisticated décor captivated me upon entering the hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, checking me in quickly. The room was warm and comfortable, with soft, clean bedding – a feeling of total comfort immediately upon entering. The bathroom was fully equipped, with a constant supply of hot water and excellent toiletries. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options to suit every taste. The well-equipped gym and swimming pool provided a perfect place to relax and exercise during my trip. This was a fantastic stay and I'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel is relatively close to the subway station, but the road from the station to the hotel is quite narrow, and during the day, there are many parked cars, making it difficult to drag luggage. The hotel is easy to find, located on one side of a bridge. The indoor environment is very warm; even without the air conditioning on after entering the room, it didn't feel cold. My room wasn't very large. The only thing I didn't like was that the only pathway in the space near the window was too narrow between the bed and the wall, which meant my suitcase couldn't fit there, rendering that space unusable. I also felt the duvet cover wasn't very new and had a few small holes. Another thing I disliked was that the shower hose was very short and couldn't be extended much.

It's my first time staying in this hotel. The cheapest hotel nearby is 100 yuan, but the difference in the room prices is quite large. This hotel is very cost-effective. I may stay here often in the future. I recommend booking a room with a window. The price is 20 to 30 yuan higher, but it is still very comfortable. If you only stay for one or two days, it doesn't matter. There are still many people on business trips here. I heard that there are many people traveling during the summer vacation. There are no tourists at present, but there are hotels outside.

The room of 123 yuan, the worst time to book a business trip. After sitting down in the toilet, the glass in the bathroom was directly on the face. There is no place for the shower gel in the bathroom, and the gel can be placed on the ground. Thousands of antique bath towels, coated mottled mirrors, laundry even have to be coined three yuan, the cheapest disposable toothbrush... 60 yuan is not worth it!

The front desk lady service is very good 👍🏻 very warm, very cheerful, the sanitation is very good, I will stay next time, highly recommended!

I chose this hotel for my trip to Kashgar this time. The price/performance ratio is really good and they are all newly opened. There is a free parking lot at the entrance of the hotel. The breakfast is very rich. The ancient city is also very close. The room is large, spacious and bright. I sleep very comfortably and the room is soundproofed. It's also very good.
