"Regarding the associated restaurant: We arrived Friday evening and were hungry. The menu stated the restaurant was open until 8:30 p.m. Unfortunately, we were turned away. Today, Saturday. We arrived at the hotel at 7:15 p.m. and wanted to have dinner, but the chef sent us away again, saying that he had a full house and we could have Bolognese, which he still had left over. Service like that is unacceptable. If you don't feel like working, just don't. Then we went to the "Einheit" allotment garden group. There we were welcomed with open arms and very warmly. We can recommend it."

"Our stay at SORAT Hotel Brandenburg in the Comfort double room was overall pleasant – with light and shadow. The location of the hotel is really hard to be exquisite: in the middle of the old town, directly on the historic market and perfect to explore Brandenburg at the Havel. The staff was very friendly, helpful and always contactable during our stay – here you feel welcome as a guest. Also this has made the stay significantly valued. Our Comfort double room showed some age appearances. The furniture has come somewhat into the years and have visible traces of use. Even in the bathroom the years have not passed without trace. The biggest shortage were for us the beds – Unfortunately, you rolled again and again in the middle of the night, which has significantly reduced sleep comfort. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special for us. The choice was OK, without outline. However, we found that in good weather, you can also have breakfast on the terrace – that ensures a pleasant start in the day. Whoever puts great value on modern rooms should know. However, who is looking for a top location, friendly service and a solid city hotel for a stay in Brandenburg is still well lifted here."

"Beautiful hotel in historical building in central location. The rooms are tastefully furnished. Our room had a balcony with views of the new city market. The bathroom with bathtub was also good, but the entrance is difficult due to the height of the bathtub for small people or with disabilities to walk. Then you better ask for a room with shower."
