AAnonymous UserI thought this was a Four Seasons hotel on a holiday island, with expectations and estimates for service, health, etc. Unexpectedly, compared at the same level, this is quite disappointing. First, in addition to the blue sea water is fascinating, the hotel design space is too ordinary, especially the room is not high and small, the facilities are old. Second, it is often not too clean. Two nights of sheets were not clean, were allergic, and even had a slight smell. Third, the most impressive thing was the waiters here, except for others who qualified ' Most of them not only lacked service awareness, but also fully guided the customer at any time. When we chose a 90-minute SPA, the room was bright, there was no special design and attention to the spa space, the chaotic, anxious massage was really amazing, and I experienced so many of the world's top holiday wines, which were so bad that I had never seen it. Especially compared to the Rosewood Mexico Hotel we just visited two months ago, it is really a bit different from the sky and the ground. Fourth, the dining is ordinary. Ugh! When I put the photo, I found out that I didn't take a photo of the room. It is estimated that it is too bad. No interest in taking it.

LLizWe stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 5 nights. We loved the choice of restaurants, pools, shops, the stunning beach (definitely opt for a sea view room!) The resort is huge. But then it’s balanced out by lots of choice. A few niggles eg. Charging extra for beds next to the pool - these were often left empty (as were all the cabanas) so felt like a waste. They high daily resort fee should cover these costs. Or just have all beds the same good quality?! The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Just missed things like… a sanitary bin by the toilet, amenities beyond shampoo and soap, no cosmetic removal pads, no spare toilet roll. No notepad and pen even - just basic amenities you’d expect in a standard resort, let alone a high end one. All in all, it’s a fab place for couples, families with all ages of kids, it’s great for hosting work conventions - they racially have it all, all in beautiful surroundings!

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, new facilities, and is medium-sized. The stay experience is very good. The swimming pool is great, and it is very convenient to go to the beach by the pool. It is an unforgettable and wonderful stay experience!

YYinNot far from the airport, but also need to call a car, this is the best hotel in the Bahamas this time, better than the countryt of dt, the same price should be the best, this hotel was temporarily booked on the same day, because staying The airbnb on Pig Island is too bad, so I decided that the home looked good, and Ctrip had no comment, so I planned to gamble. I arrived early in the day, but I also checked in early. If the fee is about two thousand RMB per night, I paid almost a hundred dollars in tax when I checked out. Unfortunately, I did not experience the swimming pool behind the hotel. It looks very good. The stay is very comfortable, there is a balcony, the decoration is quite new, it is recommended to experience, there is a casino downstairs, did not go.

AAl92Hotel location is nice, 10 min from the airport, private beach and pool etc.. however like everything else in Nassau it wasn't really worth the money. The property facilities weren't great, for €350 a night, there was a small pool bar shack with a limited selection of drinks, limited sun loungers. Our room was fine, but quite small and pretty dated. The staff were all friendly and helpful though and there are a few nice restaurants within a 5/10 minute walk. As places in Nassau go, it's nice, however don't expect value for money or luxury.

GGuest UserThe first day of the renminbi more than 3,900, the next day, more than 5,000, the third day, more than 7,000, the real tmd, the front desk, the efficiency of the front desk was extremely slow, the second day, the room continued to tell me that I was the last one and must let me change from the 18th floor to the 15th. The room type is not the same price, even if I told me that I must be doubled because of another room? How do WTF guests know that he lives a few floors? I didn't expect that when I played Check in, he gave me the 7th floor. I felt that I was being played. The front desk often had a person at night. The brain was not very good. The efficiency was particularly low. The system was very old. It really gave more than 1 point. I lost 20,000 knives in the casino. No one told me that I could change points for the hotel. When I check out, a friend told me that I would go back and ask them to say it is too late.

LlisacaoyangThe hotel has a good environment, with a swimming pool and garden, and is easily accessible. The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooker, and tableware, so you can cook your own meals. There is a small supermarket next to it. The equipment needed timely repairs, there was almost no hot water, the door lock would not open, and a new lock was later installed. Breakfast costs an additional $8.90.

GGuest UserThis is a gem within 15 minutes walk of downtown Nassau. The room was clean and the water pressure was strong. There were no coat hangers or hair dryer in my room but they found those for me. Also there was no drinking water provided in the room, I had to get drinking water from the kitchen which was fine. There’s a small grocery store around the corner on the main road. I heard the owner is in the process of putting in a pool which would be lovely during the hotter months.
