MMiao miaomiaomiaoThe room is big, the bathroom is also big, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk service is great, and check-in and storage are very convenient. The breakfast is standard, and the dining environment is good. Snow-capped mountains, churches, cherry blossoms, green trees...
The hotel is in a great location. Going out to the left is the main street, where you can eat and shop; going out to the right for a few minutes is Interlaken East Station, which is very convenient to go to Jungfrau!
PS: The paragliding gathering point is just across the road from the hotel, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Interlaken West Station. The room is quite large and you can see the snow-capped mountains. The soundproofing of the room is average. The breakfast is quite rich. Other aspects are pretty satisfactory.

WWanderfieVery nice design hotel, new and spacious, but what it’s lacking is the warmness of the staff. Only the new girl working there is pretty nice, the rest of the staff has lukewarm attitude. The first room I got was nice, they gave me a double bed instead of a single bed that I booked but upon enter, there was a pair of socks hanging on the toilet door. Called the housekeeping and they removed it but also realised the room is very hot, but AC is not adjustable as it is centralised. So they gave me a fan instead. Later at night I also realised it was pretty noisy as the alfresco of the restaurant is right beneath my room. And then the toilet shower is broken. I tried calling the reception and housekeeping at 9-10pm but nobody pick up which I assumed it’s probably not 24hrs service. I bear with the broken shower. Next day morning I asked to change the room to quieter one but I need to get all my stuff out by 11am which I did. I went to the reception and told them about the broken shower, with no apologies, the guy just say ya ya, that’s an easy fix. I’m still glad they changed the room for me. But like I say still hope for a better service with the money I paid. Also not enough hanging area in the bathroom, especially when the first room I got… no hanging area at all, so can’t hang towel or clothes.

CcyljzzzzzThe hotel is decorated in a gorgeous style, with English Victorian style reflected in the corridor chandeliers, exquisite glass, and marble columns with elegant carvings. The garden and the greenhouse tropical plant elements in the lobby provide a sense of vacation.
The location is within a 10-minute walk from Interlaken West Station and East Station. There is a large lawn in front of the gate for paragliders to land (paragliders can scan the QR code to make reservations). During the day, you can see the misty Eiger and Jungfrau mountain groups. If you want to go to Jungfrau, you can take the train from Interlaken East, but the recommended route is to go to Grindelwald terminal station (within 30 minutes), take the cable car up the mountain from there, and then take another route back to Interlaken East.
The hotel is equipped with a 20m indoor swimming pool, several small soaking pools, outdoor soaking pools, and contact spa service facilities such as saunas. But the venue is not large. Indoor tennis courts need to be reserved in advance, and equipment can be rented. The internal environment is of medium level. Try to arrive on time. We arrived late at noon and no one opened the door for us.
The breakfast is average, I feel that the breakfast in Swiss hotels is average, and the juice is not good. The interior design of the room is good, but the view outside the window depends on the room type and luck. The angle of the window outside the window of many rooms is not facing the mountain, but facing the hotel's internal garden. If you want to take pictures of the balcony scenery with the mountain view, some small hotels are more photogenic.
It is worth mentioning that you must remember to choose the right number of guests. I chose a single person and wanted to stay in a double room, but they said they would charge 100 francs.

AAnonymous UserThe room was quite spacious, and the location was very convenient. The breakfast was also good. The only downside is that if your room faces the street, it can be a bit noisy. However, since you're usually exhausted from traveling all day, it's not to the point of being unable to fall asleep. If you're a light sleeper or particularly sensitive to noise, you might want to request a room not facing the street.

GGuest UserVery close to Interlaken West station, just a 5-10 minute walk. Interlaken's main commercial street is right by the train station. There's a large Coop supermarket right next to the hotel; if it happens to be Sunday and it's closed, you can head to the one on the main street. There's also a Cantonese restaurant nearby with good food. I noticed a highly-rated cheese fondue restaurant on Google Maps nearby, but didn't get a chance to try it this time. Although the bathroom and toilet were shared, it felt like I had them all to myself. My single room was in the attic, which got very hot during the day. Turning off the lights and opening the skylight at night helped a bit.

PPepper LMHOld fashioned room has no air con, needs to use the table fan provided. In addition, the window almost dropped off. Room is dark as not enough lights. Not enough electricity plugs available for charging 4 devices (phones and tablets). Beautiful river facing from the window. Conveniently located near the train station and shopping.

CCherryThis is an antique hotel with Swiss traditional decorations. Every direction is very clear and accurate. Swiss! It is sparkling clean. The services is comparable to the 5-star hotel.
The breakfast lets me taste the local style Swiss food, not just the traditional hotel style.
The fresh air here is the natural air-conditioner. Should not have any air-conditioner which destroys the tradition here.
If you are planning to have the Swiss style trip, this hotel offers you the taste!

LL.DuThe hotel is conveniently located near the station with plenty of shops around, and you see tourists from all over the world. The hotel itself is quite large, and our room had a double bed and a sofa bed, which was perfect for our family of three. There were also two TVs in the room, along with yukata and slippers. The breakfast selection was extensive and varied!
