AAnonymous UserCheck-in is very slow, and you have to download the Huazhu Club. There is still garbage that has not been cleaned up in the room. It should be missed. Other environments are OK. It is relatively clean. The robot delivers food very fast. Breakfast is OK. The signboard is noodles. It tastes average. Can you give four stars overall?

EEmily PaisioThe front desk of the hotel, the room customer service, the security, the waiter in the restaurant are very polite and professional. The hotel equipment is new and clean. It is a few minutes walk from the Zhenyu County Railway Station. The buffet breakfast is fresh and varied. The hotel service level in the county has reached the big city. I stayed 3 consecutive nights and it was very comfortable and convenient.

LLiuxiaoxueThe room facilities are all right, but the service of the room attendant is very poor. I live on the 6th floor and I am alone with two children. I asked for two pillows to block the bedside for fear that the children would fall to the ground at night. The pillows were not clean and I wanted to use pillowcases, but the attendant said no, with an unhappy look on her face that her things were all equipped as a complete set. I have never heard of this statement in all the years I have lived in hotels. Shouldn't they serve customers' needs?
