Moreover, the small bottles had a strong odor; my spouse drank them and experienced vomiting and diarrhea. Thankfully, nothing else happened, and we decided not to pursue the matter further. One bright spot, though, was the hotel's beef noodles at breakfast, which were quite good and authentic.
