The shower drain was slow; my feet were submerged after just a few minutes, and I had to slightly open the lid to flush. There was a washing machine, but no detergent—the worst I've ever encountered. The tissues were tiny, smaller than my palm—unbelievable! Breakfast was alright, enough to fill you up. Overall, it was passable. I forgot to take pictures."

There were cobwebs on the ceiling, and the curtains were covered in a thick layer of dust."

Although there are two underground levels for parking, the setup is incredibly inefficient, and it's shared with Lavande Hotels. Arriving past 9 PM, there wasn't a single parking space available, and many cars were forced to park on the street. Inside the room, there was only half a roll of toilet paper and a tiny amount of tissue paper left."

"This was the worst hotel I stayed at on my Qinghai-Gansu trip! The room smelled terrible, and the stench kept me up very late! The wall under the sink was bubbling and moldy due to a leak, and the carpet was covered in stains. The shower head was broken, and the water pressure was very low. There was even hair on the pillow! The breakfast was awful; I barely managed a few bites and almost threw up 🤮 How could they have the nerve to charge over 500 yuan for a room! Hotels in Zhongwei that cost around 300 yuan are much better!"

The tourist season has recently arrived, and I recommend friends who come to cooperate to stay at this hotel! The double room has a two-meter bed, which is really comfortable to sleep at night! The hotel's toilets and bathrooms are very clean! There are several types of lights in the room, which really adds to the atmosphere!"

"The hotel was expensive, over 360 yuan for this small city. Also, the hotel's own restaurant was a total rip-off. I specifically told them I wanted roasted lamb chops, and they agreed. Seeing it was 198 yuan a serving, I ordered it, but it wasn't roasted; it was fried in oil, and it tasted terrible. I reluctantly ate two pieces and left, spending 198 yuan. I strongly advise against it."

They denied issues we discussed over 20 days ago, thankfully we had a recording, but they still tried to argue even after listening to the recording! Only when I complained to Ctrip did they say they could process our request! 2. We checked in around 4 PM, and they said the access control system was broken. They gave us an electricity card but no room card, and had a staff member open the door. This staff member had a black face the entire time, and ignored all our questions. The hotel can check the security footage themselves! What was wrong with her? We were smiling and asking her questions, and she gave us a sour face! 3. Upon entering the room, the carpet was covered in hair and dirt, clearly not properly vacuumed or cleaned! The rim of the bathroom sink was disgusting! You can see the pictures! The limescale in the shower was also very obvious! Didn't the hotel even conduct its own hygiene checks? 4. Rooms near the window are very stuffy at night when the window is closed. There's no air conditioning, and if you open the window, there's a road right outside, making it very noisy at night! Friends traveling to Gannan, please seriously consider carefully when choosing a hotel in Hezuo!"
