GGuest UserExcellent location, easy access to shopping center and restaurants. Delicious breakfast, great services and superb amenities with onsite self-service laundry. Staff are very friendly. Reasonably priced, really great value for what’s priced. Highly recommended to anyone who travels to Jianhu.

AAnonymous User感謝管家佳佳的關照。雖然衹住了一晚酒店，還給了升級。酒店的設施，特別是温泉到位。非常感謝！吐槽一下餐廳吧，無論菜品還是服務，應該有很大的改進空間（5/1晚上趕到酒店，到餐廳後得知晚餐竟然不能點餐、連前台都不知道這個變更？）好在開車幾公里找到小鎮才找到吃的。不然的話衹能吃泡麪了。然後早餐，説是到10:00，可9:30不到，麪包沒了、黃油沒了，水果沒了….問服務員有加嗎？回話、説你需要嗎？這、、、無語了。然後補上了還算行吧。自助餐呀，缺了補，不需要問吧？

這次到建湖出差，選擇了格菲酒店，整體體驗非常滿意，可以説是性價比很高的一次入住。

酒店的位置很不錯，不在最喧鬧的市中心，但交通很便利。打車去主要的商業區和政務中心都很近，大概10-15分鐘車程。對於自駕的客人來説，停車場很大，而且是免費的，這點非常加分。周邊雖然不算特別繁華，但基本的便利店和餐館都有，能滿足日常需求。
【環境與衞生】 ★★★★★
一進大堂就給人很舒服的感覺，裝修是現代簡約風格，帶着一些藝術感，燈光和香氛都恰到好處。最讓我滿意的是客房的衞生狀況，一塵不染，光腳踩在地毯上也很放心。床單、被套和毛巾都潔白乾凈，沒有任何異味。浴室乾濕分離做得很好，排水迅速，沒有積水問題。
【設施與服務】 ★★★★☆
· 客房設施： 房間面積足夠大，佈局合理。床墊軟硬適中，支撐性很好，一夜睡得很踏實。空調製冷/制熱效果給力，且噪音很小。電視是網絡電視，節目源豐富。免費的Wi-Fi網速很快，開會、看視頻毫無壓力。
· 服務： 前台工作人員辦理入住效率很高，態度親切有禮。遇到需要多一瓶礦泉水的小要求，響應非常迅速。值得一提的是，隔音效果不錯，晚上基本聽不到走廊或隔壁的聲音，保證了安靜的休息環境。
· 可提升點： 酒店沒有配備健身房和游泳池，對於有長期健身習慣的客人來説可能是個小遺憾。不過對於短期出差或旅遊的我來説，影響不大。
【早餐與餐飲】 ★★★★☆
早餐是包含在房費裏的，種類雖然比不上五星級大酒店的自助餐，但絕對是誠意滿滿。中西結合，有現煮的麪條、餛飩，也有包子、糕點、牛奶、麪包和水果等。味道不錯，食材也新鮮，能很好地開啟元氣滿滿的一天。

GGuest UserBooked the hotel many times, mainly because of the convenient location. This time I booked a cheap standard room, the bathroom facilities were old, and the bath towels should be changed too old. The lock of the door cannot be insured, so the staff changed the room.
