The hotel and personnel are service oriented. They gone out their way to meet customer expectations. After they heard our feedback, water temperature issue was resolved quickly. The manager helped us connected with local driver for sightseeing, which was extremely useful because we are strangers in town. I will still recommend this hotel in the future!

Parking is very convenient, the hotel decoration is simple and trendy, the atmosphere is full, and the super film is super. We drove for seven and a half hours from Wuhan, arriving at the guesthouse late at night, and the owner was waiting for us, keeping track of our itinerary. The entire guesthouse design is clearly aesthetically pleasing, a wonderful blend of pastoral and European styles. The first-floor common area is spacious, complete with a billiards table, a reading room, and a mahjong room. You can easily lounge on the sofa and enjoy panoramic views of the outdoor swimming pool and the Qingjiang River – it's incredibly chic! The linens and toiletries in the room were carefully selected, and the orange-scented shower gel was very comfortable and refreshing. The next morning, we went to Jigongling to do Via Ferrata, and the nourishing white porridge for breakfast was absolutely amazing. This time we went on the Z-line + Sky Ladder route, about a 20-minute drive from the guesthouse. Standing on the cliff, I felt like a bird constantly gazing into the distance, with the Qingjiang River stretching out before me. We finished the hike in just over two hours – a breeze for this little Via Ferrata! Next time, I'll challenge myself with the more difficult WS route, which I hear takes five or six hours to complete. Before setting off this morning, I pre-ordered lunch from the owner. My friends, who can understand the satisfaction of coming back from exercising and having no waiting at the guesthouse, just enjoying a bowl of chicken soup while watching the beautiful view from the window and relaxing in the air conditioning?! Who runs a guesthouse where the food is this delicious?! The auntie made the dishes a little lighter, and we devoured the chicken soup and all the stir-fried dishes. 感覺就是一個農家樂，單獨一棟樓，有個小院子。因為孩子去飛拉達，為了方便定的住宿。可以免費接送飛拉達，過去開車5分鐘。適合早起第一批上線的人。先説優點：1.山頂上，風景好，空氣好。早上看日出雲海，聽蟲鳴鳥叫。2.老闆一家人服務比較好，推薦附近景區，有償接送，價格合理。孩子走的時候老闆還送了一個飛拉達獎盃。店裡有一衹可愛的狗狗叫“波波”還有貓咪。小朋友很喜歡。再説吐槽點：1.電視機信號太差，看電視中間會斷掉幾次。2.最最最最需要改進的真的是老闆娘的廚藝呀😂第一天中午炒牛肉，好老！咬不動那種，第二天早上的早餐煮麪條，頭天説了放辣椒。還是好清淡，基本上沒啥味。中午的蒸蛋，沒有一點賣相，全是洞洞，不像蒸蛋做得好那種很光滑。肉沫茄子好鹹，基本上沒吃。臘肉炒粉，全是肥肉。一點都吃不了。總之，吃的真不行，其他都很好

The rafting spot is right down from the hotel, and there's no separation between hotel guests and tourists. Parking is difficult during peak hours, and with the presence of guesthouses, the crowds can be quite chaotic. I recommend checking in before 9 am and after 5 pm. The swimming pool has been closed for a long time, and the changing rooms for the rafting are shared with the hotel's basement pool. The food there wasn't as good as it had been in previous years. The staff were friendly, but during the lunch rush, it was too crowded to manage everyone. There were duplicate charges for attractions; even the trail down from the rafting point, which couldn't be walked, cost an unreasonable 10 yuan.
