客棧位於黃河石林景區內的一個村落裏面。我是第一次入住真正的北方農家四合院，印象很深刻，感受很強烈。該給這家客棧幾分？這是個以前做點評時從沒有糾結過的問題。因為這次入住體驗實在是太兩極分化了，這也是以前從沒有過的。先説一説不好的方面吧。房間很小，除了一大一小兩張床、一個衣架\一個凳子和一個電視櫃之外，再無其他傢俱，電視機也是老式的“方盒子”剛一入住，店家便告知馬上要停水，因為冬天晚上水管會上凍。房間沒有暖氣，可能是空調的功率小了，房間裏的温度老是上不來，幸好有電熱毯續命。再説一説好的方面吧。入住的頭一天下午，店家就主動打來電話，説是這個季節熱水不夠，不能洗澡，還説如果景區遊玩結束的早，可以不在當地住，沒有關係。這算是做到如實告知、誠信經營了吧！按照景區規定，自駕車衹能停在景區外的停車場，改乘交通車進景區，於是店家開車到下車點來接我們。我們一到客棧，便有當地產的蘋果招待，味道那是相當的好！房間雖然簡陋，可是床鋪、地面和衞生間都很乾凈。因為停水，店家用暖瓶送來開水，還不斷地問“夠不夠”冷水用水桶提來，還提醒我們洗漱用水和衞生間用水是分別用不同的水桶裝的，別用混了。總之，客棧的硬件設施比較簡陋（估計整個村子的客棧大體上都是這個水平，景區觀光車司機説：我們是當晚入住的唯一一家遊客）如果是天氣暖和的季節住一兩個晚上，倒沒什麼問題，可冬天實在是不好過。而店家是用心經營的，儘量創造條件讓客人覺得舒服一點。早上起來，昨晚晾在院子裏的襪子凍得定了形，讓我們這些沒見過世面的南方人開了眼界，真是一次難忘的經歷！
