In the morning, the hotel staff knocked on the door and then we were woken up. Suddenly we heard the sound of the room card swiping the door and then the door opened. I shouted loudly and the other party closed the door and left! Afterwards, I responded to the hotel front desk and the staff came over and apologized! But the hotel did not explain why the staff came to knock on the door and swiped the room card to enter our room without authorization!
