Guest UserI never imagined I'd wake up one day to find Mount Genyen bathed in golden sunlight. The location of this guesthouse is absolutely stunning; the room's window is like a giant picture frame, capturing the snow-capped mountains, meadows, and starry sky. At night, stargazing on the terrace, the Milky Way was so clear, it felt like I could reach out and touch it—it was breathtaking! The owner said it was the perfect spot to view the sacred mountain, and it truly lived up to its reputation. For photography enthusiasts and those seeking tranquility, this is paradise.

I didn't have high hopes, but I booked the guesthouse casually because it was close to the old street. I was pleasantly surprised by the room's style – warm and inviting. It was my first time in the highlands, and I thought I wouldn't sleep well, but I slept very well. The mattress was very comfortable. The kitten was very affectionate, and it was especially cozy sitting in front of the heater. Finally, the owner's tea was delicious. A big thumbs up! Litang is a surprisingly pleasant little highland town – very nice, really nice!

Guest UserConverted from a Tibetan-style house, the decor is natural, simple yet ingenious. Clean and hygienic, it's probably one of the better hotels in Zeba Village. Large windows are designed for scenic views, but ventilation is poor. The shower room lacks a water-blocking strip, a design flaw. The coffee is decent, but other drinks and breakfast could be improved. An oxygen concentrator is provided, but it sometimes inexplicably alarms at night. The young people at the guesthouse are very enthusiastic and provide good service, but there are issues with staff not being on duty at night and being unreachable; these need further improvement.

The photo in the back mountain of the homestay is so beautiful...🥹🥹🥹🥹 It's almost ~~
The proprietress is very good. Seeing that we are cold, we are afraid that we will directly plug the hot tea oxygen generator without saying anything. We have ~ moved 🥹🥹 and electric blankets. The week here is very comfortable. ~ The burger and butter latte of the homestay are forced! ! ! There are a lot of meat stuffing, and the butter latte is very delicate. It is not comfortable to have a cup in this day.

Comfortable hotel in remote town. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean with stylish rooms. The staff are very friendly, though some are a bit too casual (e.g. smoking while setting up the breakfast buffet). I stayed here twice as did my friend and on each occasion our rooms were missing things that they had on other occasions...e.g. mineral water, toiletries, humidifiers. Some of the lights in the room are sensor activated and came on several times during the night. Also, on one occasion the power went out for almost an hour. I would stay again though. This region has developed very fast and its impressive that this standard of hotel exists here already. I'm sure the little glitches will occur in other Litang hotels too. The food in the 8F cafe was very good and great value.

I really recommend this hotel for anyone because of
1) good location( 10 mins by walking to Litang bus station.
2) the size of room is big compared to what I paid.
3) the bathroom is separate wet and dry areas
4)free oxygenated machines
5)the room provides power outlets and cables in different types.
6) clean 👍

The room I stayed in this time was very clean. I could enjoy the snow-capped mountains and grasslands outside the window. The location was excellent, and Room 318 was right outside my door. The room had good lighting, was cleaned quite well, and was quiet enough. For someone like me who has high requirements for sleep quality, it felt good. The front desk service attitude was good, enthusiastic and polite, and the overall feeling was good!

Guest UserThis is my fourth time visiting Genyen. I've explored both the Southern and 'C' routes. My first two trips were rushed, just quick photo ops. The third time, I stayed in Xiazetong Village, and this time, I chose Zeba Village. In my opinion, there are two prime locations for accommodations with the best views along Genyen's Southern route. One is the small wooden cabin on the road to Xiazetong Village, right below the Yilaka viewpoint. It offers stunning views of Genyen, Xiaozha, and Cameroon snow mountains. It's currently being upgraded into a luxurious large cabin, which is something to look forward to. The views from Xiazetong Village itself are pretty average, with the snow mountains partially obscured.
The other prime location is Zeba Village, which faces Genyen directly and is very close. The Manxiangju, where I stayed this time, has an unbeatable location – I'd say it's the best in Zeba Village, no contest. It's very close to 'The One Tree' and Zeba Mystery. You can literally see the sacred Genyen mountain from your bed.
My friend and I booked two rooms. Pulling back the curtains revealed breathtaking views. The proprietress thoughtfully provided a complimentary oxygen concentrator and nasal cannulas. All towels and bath towels were disposable. The room temperature was comfortable, and everything was very clean. The butler sister was incredibly warm and welcoming. The Sichuan chef cooked up some fantastic dishes. In the evening, we enjoyed Sichuan cuisine and a couple of drinks with friends in the restaurant, all while admiring the snow mountains.
The hotel's parking lot also has charging stations, both fast and slow, which was very convenient for our hybrid car. Highly recommended!

The facilities are excellent, and the service is great. Oxygen is provided in the room from 5:30 PM to 8:00 AM every night, which was very comfortable, and I didn't experience altitude sickness. The room has heating, and the intensity is adjustable. The hotel is at an altitude of nearly 4000 meters. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the environment is superb. There is a Tesla Supercharger available! However, the oxygen supply is a bit noisy, so I recommend bringing earplugs.

Guest UserWe were able to get a ride from Yading to Litang via a carpool service, and the driver dropped us off directly at the hotel. The accommodation itself was well-equipped with underfloor heating and an oxygen concentrator. The owner, who is also a musician, spoke excellent English. In the evening, they lit a stove, and we could have enjoyed music and dancing with them, but we were too tired and went to bed early. They were incredibly kind, even preparing a PDF file with recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, which they shared with us on WeChat. The guesthouse is conveniently located near the Old Town, Baita Park, and King Gesar Square. For breakfast, the host's mother prepared a simple yet delicious meal of cherry tomatoes, corn, sweet potatoes, and mung bean porridge. My sister, who is a picky eater, found the mung bean porridge so tasty that she had two bowls! They even gave us a ride to the Litang bus terminal for our journey to Kangding. The host, a big fan of 'Running Man,' was truly the kindest. It's a shame we couldn't stay longer, as it rained on the day we arrived and the weather remained poor the next day. We had also accumulated fatigue from over six weeks of high-altitude travel, and the stay in Yading village brought on altitude sickness, which continued, compounded by the low atmospheric pressure due to the rain. Litang is a city at an altitude of 4000 meters. I really wanted to see Mount Genyen and visit Litang Temple, but due to the rain, I couldn't. If another opportunity arises in the autumn or May, this is a guesthouse I'd love to revisit.
