"Overall, the facilities and service were subpar; it was the worst experience of all the stays I've had. The staff were chewing gum and not actively offering service. They only gave perfunctory answers to questions. The room was freezing cold when I entered, so I asked a staff member to come upstairs and turn on the underfloor heating. I woke up freezing in the middle of the night, only to find the floor was lukewarm when I touched it. I ended up sleeping until 6:30 AM wearing my coat. Speechless!"

"Facilities: The room is fully equipped. The smart toilet, projection, floor heating, and oxygen concentrator can fully meet our accommodation needs. It may be because the weather is cold, and the floor heating shows 20 degrees until we go to sleep. The room is still a little cold. Fortunately, there is an electric blanket. We Had a good night's sleep.
Hygiene: Hygiene details are also very good. It can be seen that it is a newly opened B&B, and all the equipment is new. I am very happy.
Environment: We arrived late last night because of snow, and we couldn't find the location of the B&B at first. The boss was very considerate to pick us up on the road, and even lit the fireplace in the lobby in advance. It's a real fireplace! It's a wood-burning one. It's freezing outside, but once you enter the B&B, it's warm and exciting.
Service: When it comes to service, it deserves a five-star rating. The owner of the B&B helped us order food using his app (more cost-effective than **), and also provided us with poker cards to play. The three of us were warming up by the fireplace in the lobby. Eating takeout and playing cards after dinner, it felt like the whole place was reserved for the whole family!
When we set off the next day, they provided us with effective snow removal tools, which was very considerate. Everyone can choose this kind of B&B!"

"First of all, I want to praise the handsome guy at the front desk who is always available and responsive to your requests. We booked a deluxe suite, which has plenty of room and provides oxygen from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am the next day. There is floor heating, please contact the front desk to turn it on.
Problem: Only the king-size bed room inside has a shower, while the twin bed room outside only has a toilet. Very inconvenient.
I don't know if the hotel was cheated by the decoration company. Many designs are unreasonable. For example, the toilet is smart, but the shower room does not have dry and wet separation, and the space is small. When taking a shower, the toilet next to it opens and closes automatically, playing by itself...
The hygiene is average, with a layer of dust on the table.
The faucet was loose and the sink was leaking. The front desk guy came up to repair it in time and cleaned the floor, but said that I could only use it with low water.
The automatic power-off function in the bathroom is very strange. The lighting and heating will turn off by themselves when they are turned on."

"The room is very good and the layout is very Tibetan. There is also a very cute kitten in the homestay. The clerk service is very good. When I stayed in the homestay, I forgot to order rice. The clerk also went out to help us buy rice and send it up. This is the best accommodation experience we have had on this trip.
Oh, I forgot to say that the breakfast at the hotel is also very exquisite. Who knows the touch of eating a delicious sandwich in this place of Tibetan food in Western Sichuan? 😭"

"1. The hotel has a great location, right in the center of Litang. The front entrance is inside the ancient town, and the back entrance is easily accessible by car, making it convenient for shopping and dining.
2. Breakfast is a set meal, and they even prepared a plate for me, showing their thoughtfulness.
3. The room facilities are excellent, with diffused oxygen supply, underfloor heating, a large TV, a smart toilet, a Dyson scooter, and a humidifier—everything you could need. I had a great night's sleep in this high-altitude city of Litang, and choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision.
4. The beautiful owner is very welcoming and always ready to answer any questions.
5. Regarding parking, I arrived during the off-season and was the first car there, so I parked at the back entrance. I don't know how the owner handles parking during peak season, but I'm sure they have a solution."

"The hotel is right by the road, making parking very convenient. The front desk service was incredibly warm and attentive, and they even upgraded our room! Our room had a fantastic view of the snow-capped mountains and was very comfortable. The oxygen supply system was a real lifesaver, so no worries about altitude sickness. The Cantonese restaurant next door was pretty good too, with authentic ingredients and reasonable prices – definitely a safe bet. A special heads-up for anyone traveling with an electric car: absolutely avoid the 'Lv Chong Chong' charging station nearby. It's a scam! You have to pre-load money to charge, but after you top up, it just shuts down and won't charge. Customer service is completely unresponsive. Be very careful!"
