Although the weather is cloudy, the scenery next to the lake is still very beautiful, and all kinds of layouts are very careful. It is very pleasant to have breakfast in such an atmosphere in the morning. Fortunately, when we left, the sister of the hotel invited us to eat the wedding banquet next to us ☺️! I heard that after this place, I will adjust and add more ecology. I recommend everyone to come and spend a day feeling it!

The room was clean and tidy, the audio-visual equipment effect was superb, the picture quality was clear, the sound quality was immersive, and the atmosphere of lying down and watching movies was full, and the small theater was not lost at all. The bedding is comfortable, the sound insulation effect is also very good, and the rest is not wrong. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, check-in is fast, cost-effective, will choose next time!

It's a great value, and the service is especially excellent.
Ms. Guo, the front desk clerk, was the only one on duty, but she took the time to show me the rooms and choose the right one. She went to great lengths to provide me with a comfortable and quiet room. I'm especially grateful to her. This hotel is located in Time Guizhou, within the scenic area. I highly recommend it.
The room was very clean and had a smart toilet.

Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.

整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。

Especially the cute lady with short hair at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She patiently responded to our inquiries when we were new to this place on a business trip. We will come back again in the future. Choose to stay here.
