GGuest UserRipple yun hotel has great value for money. Furnishing feels modern. Front desk has very helpful and friendly customer service ladies. Cleaning crews do a good job keeping hotel clean, neat and tidy, they are friendly too. Hotel has coffee beans machine in the lobby, so can get freshly ground coffee anytime and breakfast has coffee bean machine too. There are books for browsing in the lobby and various flowers in the lobby at different season. Washer and dryer is available too. I stayed in this hotel many times, would stay here whenever I am in this area.

The window of the room is the old-fashioned sliding window, the sound insulation is very poor, even if it is not facing the street.
The room hygiene is very broken and quite dissatisfied. Sheets hair, coffee table, backrest gray, obvious garbage on the ground, including the state of the floor, it is difficult to think where is the standard of Huazhu. If you are, it shouldn't be like this ď˝
Finally, I have to praise the lost items in the guest room.

KKexingfuThis May Day, I chose to visit Rugao, the hometown of Longevity. Orange Hotel has the best location, next to the ancient town of Rugao. The hotel facilities are trendy and complete, the beds in the rooms are quite big, the sanitary environment is great, and the waiters are very warm and thoughtful!

AAnonymous UserThe room was generally bright and clean, but the bed was moved a bit when I entered the room. There were toothpicks, small sequins and other rubbish under the bed. I immediately called the front desk and a person like a supervisor came up to take a look. As soon as I entered the room, he asked me this Where did the garbage come from? I was confused when she asked me. I said this is what I should ask you, right? She said she didn't mean it. Then an older lady came in to do the cleaning. I said you guys donât clean the floor. She said they didnât sweep the floor under the bed every day in their room. She was very reasonable and she said it. I was so angry that she laughed. Anyway, I just kept that. Sister La cleaned up and didnât say anything. Oh, she gave me two bottles of water. The water was free, so why did she express her apology?

Service: Localized, unlike chain hotel service.
Ambience: See the pictures. The air conditioning didn't heat up one night. I called the front desk and they told me to keep it at 25 degrees. It was so cold at 2:00 AM I couldn't sleep. The security lock was broken. The bathroom was stained.

AAnonymous UserAdvantages: The room is large and the facilities are complete. It is not far from places such as South Wei, Shuihui Garden, Li Changyi Museum, and can be reached by taxi for less than ten yuan. The hotel breakfast tastes good, the restaurant staff is warm, and there is a self-service laundry room.
Insufficient places: 1. The dryer cannot be used, and the laundry is all dry by shade (pictured); 2. There is a smell in the corridor and wardrobe; 3. The hair dryer is very loud, but the wind is not big, it is recommended to replace it; 4. Shampoo and shower gel are large bottles, we did not have it on the first day of our stay, and it was empty when we asked for it once, and there was water in it.
Overall, the price is quite high. During the National Day, one hundred yuan per breakfast is included. The location is good and what bicycles are needed.
