Joy Star City Hotel ★★★
"Very speechless room! The air conditioner is super loud, but this is tolerable, just turn off the air conditioner... But! The sensor light at the door is on all night, even if you pull out the room card! I was really fed up, called the front desk, and all my rooms are like this...??? We booked two rooms, and the next morning I asked my mom if the light in that room was on, and my mom said it was not... Then when I checked out, I asked the front desk, and she said, you can call our front desk, and the light can be turned off...??? I called twice in the middle of the night, sister! I am fed up!"
Saijia Hotel (Rugao Rt Mart) ★★
"The room was clean and hygienic, the facilities were acceptable, the hotel environment was nice, and the room looked the same as the one I booked online. I slept quite comfortably."
Yilong Ruiyun Hotel (Nantong Rugao Changjiang Town Wenfeng City Plaza) ★★★
"The floor-to-ceiling windows of the room are very comfortable, and there is actually an airport shuttle service at this price, which is really good value for money. I don't know what the boss depends on to make money, but there is a saying that the price is super high and the service is very warm. The price of these packages really can't pick a little fault, and some faults can be omitted."
Mercure Hotel (Rugao Fanhua) ★★★★
"The staff is very friendly all the time. Snow and Coco were very special. I hope can be back soon."

Vienna Hotel (Rugao Wuyue Plaza)
"Worth the money. 8/10 Slightly pricey for the location"
Aifei Hotel (Nantong Rugao Wuyue Plaza Branch)
"The location of this hotel is very convenient. It is next to the passenger terminal and old hotels such as Hanting and Vienna. This hotel is still new. He heard that it is a newly opened decoration style in 2024 and renovated in 2025. It is also a local feature like Shanghai, which is still relatively minimal. The room we stayed in was very clean. There were beds in the two rooms outside the suite. The bed in the big room was king size. There were tea bags with the hotel's own brand in the room. The smart home was also very good. Named and praised the front desk lady, the service was intimate, the attitude was amiable, and gave us a good stay experience. The robot delivers food quickly, breakfast 7-10, the aunt is serious and responsible, and takes the initiative to help put coffee."
Ni Hao Hotel (Nantong Rugao Changjiang Town)
"The breakfast was good, and the milk tea was delicious. Every time I sat at the front desk, I would ask if I wanted tea or a drink. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and helped me print documents for free."
MEHOOD LESTIE Hotel (Nantong Rugao Baipu)
"I chose this hotel again for my business trip to Baipu, but I didn't expect the room I stayed in to have such a persistent, ear-piercing noise from upstairs neighbors dragging chairs around every few minutes. When traveling, we were initially inclined to be understanding and tolerant, thinking we could just put up with it and didn't contact the front desk immediately. However, the noise continued until 11 PM, severely disrupting my rest. Although the front desk eventually changed my room, it still greatly affected my mood. The next day, when checking out, I expected the front desk to share the previous night's issues during shift handover, or at least apologize for the terrible experience. But when checking out, the staff on duty were completely unaware of what had happened the night before. There was no greeting, no apology; they simply processed the check-out process calmly, as if the previous night's complaints and annoyance had never occurred. In reality, it started as a minor neighbor noise issue, which could have been easily resolved if the hotel had responded promptly, followed up properly, and shared information during shift handover. It was the hotel's flawed service procedures and lack of service awareness that allowed this small matter to escalate into a terrible stay. Overall, the only bright spot was the cleanliness of the guest rooms. However, the hotel's handling of emergencies was inefficient, there were gaps in the handover process, and the service lacked empathy. In addition, the breakfast needs improvement. Overall, the experience of staying at this hotel during my business trip was greatly diminished. If I were to stay in Baipu again for business, I would choose this hotel again after the improvements. I also suggest that the hotel improve its staff training, optimize the customer complaint follow-up process, improve the quality of the breakfast, and truly provide excellent accommodation services."
HanTing Hotel (Rugao Changjiang Town Guangze Road)
"Location wise not much of food stall or shops but I usually order online, staffs are very helpful and caring, for the price I would recommend staying here."
Rugao Yufang Hotel
"Excellent! ..."
Huijin International Hotel
"It is an old hotel. The facilities may be a bit old for some people, but the living is not bad. Quiet, the experience of staying for people who are not too picky is OK."
Howard Johnson Prospect Hotel Rugao
"The service here is absolutely superb! They even helped me print materials in the middle of the night. Their attitude was excellent, so I definitely have to give them a great review. I'll stay here again next time I'm in town."
Huipu Hotel
"The suite is large, the room is large, the new decoration, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is good, the service attitude is very good, the only downside is that the bathroom is very offensive, a bit smoked"
Runhome Hotel
"Convenient parking, quiet room"
