What I understand is, after contacting them for so long in the afternoon, why wasn't there a handover? Why wasn't the confirmation done as before? While the service attitude wasn't bad, it felt like they weren't attentive and were being perfunctory."

The hotel's location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation. It's close to the high-speed rail station, about a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, including Wuyue Plaza and Shijiazhuang. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices and tasted great. Overall, a great stay, I'll definitely come again."
