"My stay here was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. First off, the location is fantastic â right next to a commercial area and a park, making transportation very convenient. Taxis are also quick to arrive. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. Mika, one of the staff members, was professional and incredibly welcoming. She handled my check-in efficiently and thoughtfully, and the complimentary cookies đŞ were delicious! I'd definitely come back just for those. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the taste was excellent. The standout features, however, were the heated swimming pool and the gym. The facilities are top-notch and made for a great experience! Highly recommended!"

"This was my first trip here, and I've stayed at Holiday Inn properties multiple times before. Their quality is consistently good. The room was very clean and new, with an open view, and they even provided some fruit â a nice touch! The front desk staff and doorman were excellent; they even explained where to park when visiting Shuibui Garden. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, with my favorites like egg tarts and cheesecake. It was truly excellent, I even forgot to take photos! The delicious breakfast is definitely trustworthy, which is why Holiday Inn remains my top choice for all my travels and business trips!"

We were initially drawn by its mahjong room, but upon arrival, we found the hotel to be excellent in terms of cleanliness and overall environment, especially the service â they were responsive and attentive to our needs, deserving a 5-star rating. The parking lot was arranged. I went to the front desk and several beauties shared the surrounding information. The bed was clean, and the bath was clean. The water was not only free to drink, but also warm. I was warmed this winter. It happened to snow heavily when I went there, and the snow scene was not bad! I think it was worth the 200 or so I paid. The key is that there are charging piles nearby"

Ripple yun hotel has great value for money. Furnishing feels modern. Front desk has very helpful and friendly customer service ladies. Cleaning crews do a good job keeping hotel clean, neat and tidy, they are friendly too. Hotel has coffee beans machine in the lobby, so can get freshly ground coffee anytime and breakfast has coffee bean machine too. There are books for browsing in the lobby and various flowers in the lobby at different season. Washer and dryer is available too. I stayed in this hotel many times, would stay here whenever I am in this area.

This was a repeat stay for me, and it's truly an ideal hotel for business travelers. The location is super convenient, close to my work appointments, and parking is a breeze. Anonymous UserThe hotel is located in the old town of Rugao, not far from the clock tower, and the surrounding area is lively but not noisy. The entrance of the underground garage is on the east side of the plot. I just went there and missed it. I went around in a big circle. There are plenty of underground parking spaces and it is convenient to get to the elevator. The two elevators are shared with the city hotel below the hotel, and it always feels a bit strange.
The hotel is located on a high floor, so you can even overlook the water painting garden on the east side of the floor. The rooms are spacious, the partitions are reasonable, and the hygiene is maintained. The breakfast is rich and the taste is good (in fact, you can provide a price without breakfast, and it is more pleasant to find a variety of morning tea around).
Downstairs is a shopping mall, the scale is not small and there are many people at night, and I just went shopping after dinner. If you visit Rugao Old Town, this is still a more suitable place to stay.

The hotel rooms are average, just by the standards of ordinary express hotels. There are shops not far from the hotel. Although they are not big, they are quite convenient for buying general things.

Ambience: See the pictures. The air conditioning didn't heat up one night. I called the front desk and they told me to keep it at 25 degrees. It was so cold at 2:00 AM I couldn't sleep. The security lock was broken. The bathroom was stained.
