"I always choose DoubleTree by Hilton for my business trips. It's the top high-end hotel in Rugao, and it's genuinely excellent. Every time I check in, I receive complimentary homemade cookies as a welcome gift, and they're delicious! The hotel's hygiene, environment, and service are all great. I highly recommend it, and the breakfast is also very rich. The past few days have been particularly cold and gloomy, but the moment I opened the door to my room, the air conditioning immediately turned on, which was incredibly comfortable. There were even charging cables in the nightstand, which is such a thoughtful touch. This hotel is truly trustworthy! 🎈"

"I stayed at this hotel before and found the environment and cleanliness acceptable, so I recommended it to a friend. I booked the room for my friend through my Ctrip account, specifically giving them the booking number. I also had a long conversation with the hotel through Ctrip, explaining that if my friend wanted to extend their stay and I booked through Ctrip, and if they couldn't find the booking, they could contact me directly. The front desk staff I spoke with, who were on the day shift, said there was no problem. However, when my friend checked back in the evening, the front desk asked them to pay for the room again. If I hadn't confirmed it again, my friend would have paid twice for one night. Only after contacting them and confirming was their booking cancelled; otherwise, we would both have paid twice. What I understand is, after contacting them for so long in the afternoon, why wasn't there a handover? Why wasn't the confirmation done as before? While the service attitude wasn't bad, it felt like they weren't attentive and were being perfunctory."

"Decided to try out the hotel just behind my place, especially since my partner was visiting. The bedding was super comfortable, and the room temperature was just right. Most importantly, the soundproofing was excellent. I stayed for three days, and aside from one time hearing a faint sound from the hallway when the neighbor came back late at night, it was completely quiet. I also really liked the water temperature, the hairdryer, and the room layout. The breakfast was incredibly rich, with a good selection of Cantonese dim sum that you could order by scanning a QR code. My favorite was the freshly made wontons – the broth was so light and refreshing. And a big shout-out to the gym on the fourth floor! It's so well-equipped; the cable crossover machine, shoulder press, and leg machines were all top-notch. It's rare to see a hotel that pays so much attention to this area, truly commendable! 👍🏻"

"Opted for the Holiday Inn Express in Rugao, an IHG brand, and it certainly lives up to its international reputation. The room facilities are excellent, especially the hairdryer – I thought it was fantastic and I'm definitely getting one for myself! A big thank you also to Molly at the front desk; she was very professional, explained all the room amenities, and even gave me a hotel souvenir. The landscaping outside the hotel is also quite lovely and attractive."

"The room was spotless and very tidy, with all-new facilities and even a robot attendant. The surrounding area is great too, with Sihai Lou downstairs, making it super convenient for a Rugao-style breakfast. The hotel's own breakfast was also excellent—small but refined, with everything you could need. The service was fantastic. Highly recommend!"

"The environment is very good, but not as good as the service. The service is beyond five-star, and it is worth the money. I booked it on the highway, and it arrived soon after the phone call. The parking lot was arranged. I went to the front desk and several beauties shared the surrounding information. The bed was clean, and the bath was clean. The water was not only free to drink, but also warm. I was warmed this winter. It happened to snow heavily when I went there, and the snow scene was not bad! I think it was worth the 200 or so I paid. The key is that there are charging piles nearby"

"The noodles for breakfast are delicious and the variety is very rich. There is a parking lot on the ground and underground, and it is good to park if you drive by yourself! "The room was generally bright and clean, but the bed was moved a bit when I entered the room. There were toothpicks, small sequins and other rubbish under the bed. She said they didn’t sweep the floor under the bed every day in their room. She was very reasonable and she said it. I was so angry that she laughed. Anyway, I just kept that. Sister La cleaned up and didn’t say anything. Oh, she gave me two bottles of water. The water was free, so why did she express her apology?"
