The front desk is fast, the service is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, there is no smell, the bedding is comfortable and sleeps soundly, the price is very high, it is recommended to stay, all aspects are very satisfied! The room is spacious and well lit, the facilities are complete, the cleaning is super meticulous, the staff is kind, the travel is convenient, it is worth coming again!

There is a vegetable market and a supermarket around. It is very convenient. The boss also helped to park for free. It is a longer business trip. There is also a washing machine to wash clothes. GGuest UserThe room environment is good, the whole house is smart. There are food delivery robots to deliver food, and the cleaning staff are also very careful about hygiene. The soundproofing of the room is not very good. Sometimes the food delivery robot will wake people up in the middle of the night. I hope it can be improved.

Cleanliness: Exceptionally clean and reassuring. Every room had a new toiletries seal, and towels were kept in a sterilizer.
Facilities were comprehensive, with a laundry room and gym available. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Sanhe City! They even gave me a scratch-off lottery ticket when I left, and roses for Valentine's Day. Very satisfied.

This stay was such a pleasant surprise, totally beyond what I anticipated!
The hotel's location is fantastic. It's surrounded by unique restaurants and convenience stores, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful; check-in was efficient, and they even offered complimentary welcome fruits. Hearing it was our first time here, they went above and beyond by recommending detailed, lesser-known local spots to visit, which was a really nice touch.
Stepping into the room was a delight – the cleanliness was impeccable. The floors and desk were spotless, the bedsheets and duvet covers had a faint, pleasant scent, and even the bathroom corners were dust-free. The towels were fluffy and pristine, making our stay feel incredibly reassuring. The bed was perfectly comfortable – as someone who usually struggles to sleep in new places, I had a fantastic night's rest! Plus, the room's soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or outside. The bathroom facilities were also great, with stable water pressure, smooth temperature control, and pleasantly scented toiletries.
Moreover, the hotel's Wi-Fi was very fast, perfect for working or streaming without any lag. There were plenty of charging outlets by the bed and desk, including USB ports, which was very convenient. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted great, catering to different preferences.
Every single detail, from check-in to check-out, demonstrated professionalism and care. The value for money is outstanding! I've already recommended this hotel to all my friends and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

GGuest UserHygienic: The sanitation is very poor. I started to check in on the 20th. I committed rhinitis that night. The next day, I said at the front desk that I cleaned the room and cleaned the countertop. It was all dust. When I came back in the afternoon, it was still the same. I didn’t move at all. I collected a garbage and there was no bed. Later, I called the front desk and came to an aunt. I wiped the tabletop with an uncomfortable expression. We didn’t care. We changed a room later. We also said to clean up. When we came back, we saw that it was really bad. The tabletop was all dusty. There were stains on the bed and they were not dealt with. I didn’t have shower gel when I lived in. I cleaned the room the next day and didn’t change it. The ashtray was placed in the pool. The mouthwash cup was still so dirty and I couldn’t understand it.
