GGuest User一如既往的喜歡和相信美豪的服務和品質，這次也不例外！這次入住的神木美豪逸緻，酒店剛開不久，設施很新，房間很大，很乾凈，除了酒店的大堂略微有點不夠排麪外，其餘都很好～特別是美豪總部駐派的兩位美女經理，在得知入住時房間還沒打掃乾淨需要等候時及辦理入住時發生了一點小插曲後，馬上送了早餐以及貼心小禮物，並且很耐心細緻的聽取了客人的意見和反饋，很尊重客人體驗的感受！總之，好評及推薦！
建議：1、酒店比較新，建議配備空氣凈化器
2、北方乾燥，建議房間配備加濕器
3、雖然餐廳規模略小，但是建議品類再，。 豐富一些

The room is fully equipped, the bed is comfortable, the bath water is mild and the water volume is very satisfactory. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great. I personally prefer clean, the room is clean and clean, I like to enjoy it in my spare time
Life, the freshly ground coffee in the cafe on the first floor is also a good experience for me. There is also a small supermarket with small snacks and some daily necessities for our business travelers. It is also very convenient. I bought some small snacks at night and went to their cinema on the third floor to watch a movie. After watching the movie, I took a shower and slept until the next morning to eat breakfast. The breakfast was very rich and more appetizing. When I checked out, the front desk lady was very enthusiastic and brought me a few bottles of mineral water. Special thanks to the hotel staff for their warm reception. This is a very good stay experience, I will stay here next time I come !

前台小姐姐人美心善，服務態度特別好，説話温柔有禮貌，辦理手續又快又細緻，還主動提醒圖書角和洗衣房的位置，有問必答特別有耐心。
圖書角安靜舒適，藏書不少，閑暇時能靜下心來讀會兒書；洗衣房設備新且乾淨，烘乾功能超實用，解決了旅行洗衣的麻煩。早餐豐富又美味，熱菜、主食、水果、飲品一應俱全，新鮮又可口。
全程體驗感拉滿，服務貼心、設施齊全，不管是帶寵出行還是日常住宿都超合適，已經列入回購清單，下次一定再來！
