GGuest Userexcellent location in the city . Just walk few minutes to K mall and supermarket. Front desk lady staff is helpful and polite when we check in. Room is tidy and clean. The only shortage is walk stairs to the main entrance especially carry heavy luggages.

GGuest UserWe had booked a night as we had cards for Hagen Reether in Kamgarn. The lady at the reception was very friendly and open and gave us a map on which she registered our way there and restaurant facilities.
The bed in our room was good, only the heads were horrible, too thick. My husband then took towels as a replacement..
Also, we had a lack of glasses so we had to use the tooth cleaning cup and the bathroom is very, very narrow.
The breakfast was very good, with many choices.
