"The hotel is close to the platform Ratingen ost and the location is OK. The room size is relatively small, it is estimated that there is 5m2, no air conditioning but there is an electric fan. Self-check-in, the room is a bit old but considering the price, it is still decent"

GGuest UserLage war gut und einfach zu finden, das Zimmer war sehr klein und hat nur ein Bett und Schreibtisch, keine Waschbecken. Für die ganze Etage war Gemeinschaftbadezimmer. Die Toiletten würde ok aber bring Disenfektionszeug mit. Im Preis Frühstuck war inklusive und war komplett in Ordnung. Die Bedienungen waren nicht Nett oder freundlich und fand ich eine Schade.
Damit besuche ich den Hotel nicht wieder.

GGuest UserI was looking forward to the spa, but unfortunately there was no hot water. The hotel itself is very clean, and the location and transportation options are not bad. However, the amenities are lacking. For example, I don't have pajamas, and I don't have a toothbrush or toothpaste. Only towels and body soap were provided. It's a beautiful and affordable hotel, but the downside is that it looks like it has a lot of amenities.
