"The hotel is close to the platform Ratingen ost and the location is OK. The room size is relatively small, it is estimated that there is 5m2, no air conditioning but there is an electric fan. Self-check-in, the room is a bit old but considering the price, it is still decent"

GGuest UserLage war gut und einfach zu finden, das Zimmer war sehr klein und hat nur ein Bett und Schreibtisch, keine Waschbecken. Für die ganze Etage war Gemeinschaftbadezimmer. Die Toiletten würde ok aber bring Disenfektionszeug mit. Im Preis Frühstuck war inklusive und war komplett in Ordnung. Die Bedienungen waren nicht Nett oder freundlich und fand ich eine Schade.
Damit besuche ich den Hotel nicht wieder.

AAde_LinaWe use this hostel on serval occasions when visiting family in Düsseldorf and we only had good experience so far. Thanks to the staff that patient waited and changed our room via phone.
