Thank you for choosing our elaya hotel rogensburg city center Trademark by Wyndham.
"Coffee is available in the lobby anytime, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options.
The staff are all very friendly, and the location is great, close to both the station and the old town.
The only downside is the awful smell coming from the bathroom drain.
I'd like to stay here again when I visit Regensburg, so I hope they can solve the smelly drain issue."

AAnonymous UserThe worker at the check in was very intrusive with his questions. Asking why are we checking in when we’re just living in Regensburg, as if we’re not allowed to stay at a hotel just because we live in Regensburg. Told us there was no parking available anywhere in their hotel so we had to find a parking on the streets which was very hard to find. Room was very clean though.

SSimoneWe were very prematurely received and the service was excellent. Better really can't. If we come back to Regensburg, we will definitely come back.
Otherwise note : there is a deep garage and other parking facilities, including loading stations for e-cars. A lift is available, seating options (particularly for smokers interesting) in the outer area, everything top clean and stylishly furnished. Can only recommend 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The electrical grips were not working in our room.
The small concern is the parking: paying at €15 a day but our car didn't come back because of our baggage add-on.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located next to the highway (crossroads) and is easy to find. The hotel provides free parking services and the service attitude of the front desk staff is very good. There is a shopping area about 1 km away from the hotel, including Rewe, dm, etc.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location if, as in our case, you're going to a concert on the piazza. It was also clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn't have any towels in the room. And the booking confirmation looked like breakfast was included, but according to the receptionist, it wasn't. And I hadn't realized that it had been a while since I booked the room.
All in all, the stay was really good. Thank you.

また、wi-fiが弱いのが不便でした。
以上2点以外は、清潔さ、サービス、立地など、本当に素晴らしかったです！

GGuest UserRooms were clean and well maintained, staff friendly and attentive for both hotel and restaurant.
They were in the middle of an electrical referb so all the corridors were filled with protective carpeting, hanging wires and workers.
Rooms could do with AC, it got warm and humid.

GGuest UserBed and comforter were quite comfortable for a good night sleep. Air conditioning was fine.
However, if you don’t own a car, the location is not really good; The hotel is located in an industrial area with many trailers and trucks. The nearest bus stop is situated 10 mins away, so I was pretty anxious to walk to and fro between the bus stop and the hotel, especially when it’s dark. (And the bus comes hourly on weekends.)
For the room: It would have been better, if a kettle was provided.
