Great
AAnonymous UserThe worker at the check in was very intrusive with his questions. Asking why are we checking in when we’re just living in Regensburg, as if we’re not allowed to stay at a hotel just because we live in Regensburg. Told us there was no parking available anywhere in their hotel so we had to find a parking on the streets which was very hard to find. Room was very clean though.
SSummer9522The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There are also direct buses to Valhalla Temple and the Old Bridge.
The room is hygienic, neat and clean, and the breakfast quality is also good, but there are too many people and the seats are tight.
The service is warm and friendly.
GGuest UserIt's OK for a business trip. The room is compact but enough.
You need to make an appointment to clean the room, but no one came after two appointments.
The breakfast is rich and there are many places to eat around. A Southeast Asian fusion restaurant in the city center is delicious.
ZZhuyuxixiHotel location is good, very quiet, room facilities are very good, the outside environment is quite beautiful, walking to the Danube River is also about ten minutes, breakfast is very rich, tastes good, the hotel is good value for money, it is recommended!
GGuest UserA very generous and good breakfast was provided. We did request a second cleaning once, as there were large lint balls on the floor upon arrival and still present after the cleaning the following day. The curtains in the rooms are supposed to be replaced soon; ours wasn't very clean. Two out of three spotlights in the bathroom were broken, as were several others in the north-facing hallway. The room apparently has a newer thermostat; the outline of the old one and the drill holes with wall plugs are still visible on the wall. The glass partition on the bathtub is too short for many people; you have to squeeze into the corner and reduce the water pressure to avoid flooding the bathroom. There were stains on the walls in the bathroom and room, and a water stain about 30 cm in diameter on the carpet. The wood-effect foil on the desk and bedside table is bubbling badly. We booked this very cheaply through Trip.com. Four stars? Well, not really.
AAnonymous UserFriendly reception , mostly young energetic staff.
Breakfast is basic and okay
Location is quite near train station. Bus stop just outside too.
Walkable to a few decent eateries. Uber available.
YYa Chiang 0215The location is great, the price is reasonable, and the room, though small, is clean and tidy.
There are charging sockets, including USB ports, on the bedside table and desk.
The breakfast was acceptable, and the staff were very friendly.
GGuest UserRooms were clean and well maintained, staff friendly and attentive for both hotel and restaurant.
They were in the middle of an electrical referb so all the corridors were filled with protective carpeting, hanging wires and workers.
Rooms could do with AC, it got warm and humid.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a European style, with separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, heating in winter, and a large room. It is very close to the train station and the stone bridge, which is very convenient. The waiters are also very enthusiastic and have drawn the main attractions and restaurants on the map. You can also ask the front desk to call for a taxi. Overall, it is great.
GGuest UserBed and comforter were quite comfortable for a good night sleep. Air conditioning was fine.
However, if you don’t own a car, the location is not really good; The hotel is located in an industrial area with many trailers and trucks. The nearest bus stop is situated 10 mins away, so I was pretty anxious to walk to and fro between the bus stop and the hotel, especially when it’s dark. (And the bus comes hourly on weekends.)
For the room: It would have been better, if a kettle was provided.
