"The hotel has a European style, with separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, heating in winter, and a large room. It is very close to the train station and the stone bridge, which is very convenient. The waiters are also very enthusiastic and have drawn the main attractions and restaurants on the map. You can also ask the front desk to call for a taxi. Overall, it is great."
Modern hotel with a royal touch. Regensburg was one of the political centers of Europe in the Middle Ages and became world-famous thanks to the Domspatzen, a boys' choir. Our Holiday Inn - the niu, Sparrow Regensburg and its name also pay tribute to this singing figurehead of Regensburg. But don't worry: you don't have to be a singer to stay here. City travelers, families and business travelers will also feel right at home here.
The design of our Holiday Inn - the niu, Sparrow Regensburg is an elegant fusion of modern Scandi style and opulent historically inspired elements with a medieval-royal character. The 258 rooms are also exceptionally well equipped: from smart TVs and Bluetooth speakers to screen mirroring, digital nomads, business travelers, and city explorers will find everything their tech-savvy hearts desire. If you're arriving by train, you can look forward to short distances – the hotel is located just a stone's throw from the main station, offering excellent public transport connections. Guests arriving by car can make use of the convenient on-site underground parking. Cyclists are welcome to use our secure bike storage with access control.
In the morning an optional breakfast buffet awaits you for the perfect start to the day, and at the bar in our Living Lobby we have drinks and snacks ready for you 24/7. Here you will also find a co-working space and the reception, where our multilingual staff is available around the clock.

"The hotel is situated in the outskirts of the city, about 12 minutes drive from the old town.
The rooms are clean and tidy, and the area is quite large.
Breakfast is also very good, because it is a BW diamond card member, the hotel also waived parking fees.
Especially the water flow of the flower sun is very strong, which is very important for bathing."

"A very generous and good breakfast was provided. We did request a second cleaning once, as there were large lint balls on the floor upon arrival and still present after the cleaning the following day. The curtains in the rooms are supposed to be replaced soon; ours wasn't very clean. Two out of three spotlights in the bathroom were broken, as were several others in the north-facing hallway. The room apparently has a newer thermostat; the outline of the old one and the drill holes with wall plugs are still visible on the wall. The glass partition on the bathtub is too short for many people; you have to squeeze into the corner and reduce the water pressure to avoid flooding the bathroom. There were stains on the walls in the bathroom and room, and a water stain about 30 cm in diameter on the carpet. The wood-effect foil on the desk and bedside table is bubbling badly. We booked this very cheaply through Trip.com. Four stars? Well, not really."
Thank you for choosing our elaya hotel rogensburg city center Trademark by Wyndham.
"Coffee is available in the lobby anytime, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options.
The staff are all very friendly, and the location is great, close to both the station and the old town.
The only downside is the awful smell coming from the bathroom drain.
I'd like to stay here again when I visit Regensburg, so I hope they can solve the smelly drain issue."

Reach the stunning Walhalla museum, forested hiking trails, and historic castles along the Danube in about 30 minutes. Our hotel offers free breakfast to fuel your day.
"It's OK for a business trip. The room is compact but enough.
You need to make an appointment to clean the room, but no one came after two appointments.
The breakfast is rich and there are many places to eat around. A Southeast Asian fusion restaurant in the city center is delicious."

"This is the first place I have stayed in Europe. When I arrived, I didn’t have the time to stay. But the service staff let us check in early. I want to express my gratitude. It is next to the train station and the ancient city. It will also be there. The location is excellent."

Great
AAnonymous UserThe worker at the check in was very intrusive with his questions. Asking why are we checking in when we’re just living in Regensburg, as if we’re not allowed to stay at a hotel just because we live in Regensburg. Told us there was no parking available anywhere in their hotel so we had to find a parking on the streets which was very hard to find. Room was very clean though.
SSummer9522The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There are also direct buses to Valhalla Temple and the Old Bridge.
The room is hygienic, neat and clean, and the breakfast quality is also good, but there are too many people and the seats are tight.
The service is warm and friendly.
SSimoneWe were very prematurely received and the service was excellent. Better really can't. If we come back to Regensburg, we will definitely come back.
Otherwise note : there is a deep garage and other parking facilities, including loading stations for e-cars. A lift is available, seating options (particularly for smokers interesting) in the outer area, everything top clean and stylishly furnished. Can only recommend 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Directly against a excellent Trattoria - Trattoria Sorano : Recommended table reservation -
JJeanne84The hotel is clean and modern, 15 min walk from the city centre.
The electrical grips were not working in our room.
The small concern is the parking: paying at €15 a day but our car didn't come back because of our baggage add-on.
GGuest UserRooms were clean and well maintained, staff friendly and attentive for both hotel and restaurant.
They were in the middle of an electrical referb so all the corridors were filled with protective carpeting, hanging wires and workers.
Rooms could do with AC, it got warm and humid.
GGuest UserA well-located hotel near the A9 motorway. Unfortunately, the pillows are very hard, and breakfast isn't served until 7:30 a.m. on weekends. If that doesn't bother you, you'll find good accommodations at an unbeatable price.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location if, as in our case, you're going to a concert on the piazza. It was also clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn't have any towels in the room. And the booking confirmation looked like breakfast was included, but according to the receptionist, it wasn't. And I hadn't realized that it had been a while since I booked the room.
All in all, the stay was really good. Thank you.
GGuest UserBed and comforter were quite comfortable for a good night sleep. Air conditioning was fine.
However, if you don’t own a car, the location is not really good; The hotel is located in an industrial area with many trailers and trucks. The nearest bus stop is situated 10 mins away, so I was pretty anxious to walk to and fro between the bus stop and the hotel, especially when it’s dark. (And the bus comes hourly on weekends.)
For the room: It would have been better, if a kettle was provided.
