Most amazing parts of here is the staff. You can feel “I am welcomed”
No staff desk face-face but they always send messages to me on WhatsApp (even if I didn’t send any message)so I felt that I always was been supported me. I often asked some questions but they always replied quickly. So I never felt any worry, uncomfortable and anxious. This place made my days wonderful one. Here gave the free-gym-key to me then I used the gym located very close from there free every single day during staying. Locker room is available till 23:00 on the check out day so you don’t need to worry about your luggage after check out. And the key is electrical number so you don’t need worry about losing your key
My staying Turku were busy days but as I returned my room, then soon I could relax because this place.

"The hotel does not have a front desk, you need to ask the hotel in advance for a password, otherwise you can't enter the front door. After 6 pm, you can contact the hotel landline phone and no one answers. Fortunately, the customer service of Trip.com contacted. The location and hygiene of the hotel are very good."

DDWHallHotel is spacious and has an interesting history. The location, including the rest of the Kakola restaurants and businesses is beautiful although a bit in convenient to reach/leave. The funicular is very helpful and adds a fun quirk. Perhaps due to location, hotel and room amenities are plentiful. Service was amazing!

HHANThe beauty at the front desk saw me with a child and helped me upgrade the river view room for free. The stay was very pleasant and the breakfast was great. The hotel service is very good, the room is also good, always recommend.

GGuest UserSuper beautiful hotel, several rooms on the top floor just didn't lock, went in and took a photo. Next to the park, on the edge of the core business district, the art museum and the Orthodox Church are very close.

GGuest UserA peaceful hotel/spa by the sea, surrounded by beautiful nature. The rooms are old, like the hotel, but at least when traveling with a pet, there was plenty of space.
It's not a party place, but all the ingredients for a vacation are there. The restaurant is really great, very good food, spacious lounges, large terrace in the summer, etc. Great views and a relaxing atmosphere. I liked it.

Service okay.
The bathroom unfortunately was terrible. The shower door was damaged, barely ”walking”, there was a hole in the sealing of the shower tray, which made it very wet after two baths. The rest is a plus, room ok, equipment as well.
