"The hotel doesn't have a front desk; you need to ask the hotel for the password beforehand, otherwise you can't enter through the front door. After closing at 6 pm, I tried to call the hotel's landline, but no one answered. Luckily, Ctrip's customer service got in touch with me. The hotel's location and cleanliness are both excellent."

It is a traveler from Japan. This hotel was very clean, new and cozy! Especially the sauna was great and it is worth it alone. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious.

Super beautiful hotel, several rooms on the top floor just didn't lock, went in and took a photo. Next to the park, on the edge of the core business district, the art museum and the Orthodox Church are very close.

Sanitation facilities are very good, very clean
The restaurant environment in the hotel is also very good
The front desk of the hotel is very Nice
Check out the next day to help with luggage, book a taxi
We also prepared a big bag of breakfast.

Beautiful and quiet location, lots to see nearby and good public transport connections right in front of the hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Not all rooms have air conditioning and the hotel is a bit worn out, but everything worked and individual wishes were taken into account.
