Hotel is not new, convenient parking, breakfast is not very diverse, near the beach.
There is a refrigerator and a fan in the room

In heart of St Maxime, 15min boat ride to St Tropez. Day receptionist a bit aloof but night shift lady was v helpful. A bit noisy at night, guests next door were in n out at 4am!
