"The room is super well very wide with the great air conditioning you have the beach down five minutes walk, but breakfast leaves a lot to desire I can't drink coffee because I feel bad and cold milk alone I don't like asked if they could make a Coca-Cola or a machine chocolate even if I was or heated my milk and throw cocoa powder or something like it and they had not only three or four types of hot or cold water coffee and already and food or you like the dadles, bacon, frite eggs, cheese in lunches and a little more or no breakfast finished before booking without breakfast and breakfast in any cafe below"

I rested with my sister, we really liked everything, I recommend it, the hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and nice, the breakfasts were wonderful, I also recommend a massage, you will not regret it if you choose this hotel « Melrose Rethymno by Mage Hotels”

This is an excellent hotel located right in the old town of Rethymno. It was easy to explore the charming streets on foot, and the central bus station—perfect for day trips—was just a 10-minute walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to share local tips and recommendations, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast offered a classic continental selection, including fresh eggs, sausages, bread, pastries, and fruits. Everything was fresh and satisfying. While the swimming pool is on the smaller side, it was a lovely bonus and a great spot to cool off after a day of sightseeing.
I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Rethymno.

This hotel was amazing. One of my top 3 favorites in Crete. I highly recommend staying here. I only wish I stayed two nights here. Definitely worth it. Breakfast read included and an amazing selection. They even gave me a little gift when checking out. I would remove this to anyone coming to Crete.

The hotel is very new, with good facilities, and meets the five-star standard. The location is also very good, right by the sea, opposite the beach is nice, there are two swimming pools in the hotel, the children had a lot of fun playing in the water. The hotel I booked included two meals, the taste was great, very satisfied. The fee for one more child is 48 euros. It is reasonable according to its facilities, I hope to have the opportunity to go there again next time.

Anonymous UserWe stayed at May Hotel for two nights before flying back to Germany, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated being allowed to check in early.
We booked the half-board option, and both the breakfast and dinner were good. Breakfast offered a nice variety of choices, and dinner was tasty with enough selection. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep.
The hotel also has a gym with enough equipment for a basic workout, which was a nice bonus during our stay.
The hotel itself is comfortable, although the rooms and facilities feel a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovation. The location is also not the most convenient, as there is no direct beach access—you’ll need to walk a few minutes to reach the beach.
Overall, it’s a good value for money with excellent service, comfortable rooms, decent food, and useful amenities. With some modernization and a more convenient beach location, it would easily be an even better stay.

Alle Mitarbeiter da sind sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Man kann viel im Hotel machen, Spa, Billiards, Kartenspiele, schwimmen usw. Es gibt sogar zwei Schwimmbäder. Das Essen war auch top. Man hat viele Auswahl beim Buffet. Und das Menu beim Abendessenbuffet ändert sich auch immer. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch mega gut. 2 Min zum Strand. Gleich neben dran gibt es Bushaltestellen und Mini-Supermarkt.

Great place to stay. Even had a small kitchen in the room. Acces to 3 swimingpools and right next to the beach.
Friendly staff and rarely heard any noise from outside.
Bars, supermarkets, restaurants and ofcourse the beach right outside the hotel.
Will come again.
