"It’s a good experience on Bianco Costel for 2 nights, but what makes us worry there is a few cockroach on the bathroom n bed, and the sound of air conditioner is a little bit disturbing sometimes. Overall goods but please increasing the quality more. Thankss Biancoo"

PPrem MydinClose to the Bogor Station. About an hour to Puncak and Jakarta. The room is smaller than average but modern and well equipped. The breakfast was OK and not to extensive. Easy to get Bluebird taxis since the hotel is on a mainroad. Terminal Baranang Siang bus station has busses going to the airport using Damri bus company and Trans Jakarta busses offer cheap travel to Jakarta. The commuter train in Bogor station can very crowded with only standing room. Checkout Roofpark restaurant nearby.

GGuest UserIt’s a nice small hotel with a good location. The staffs are nice,too. We love the food because It has so many variety. We just have a little misunderstanding about the type of the hotel room. We ask for a queen bed but the hotel said they just can give us that type because it’s an optional and no available room with queen room.

GGuest UserLocation is very central behind McD Bogor Botanical Garden. There is BTM mall just beside. Deluxe room is small but clean. Water heater works well. Pool size is ok for kids but the water is very cold. We opted room without breakfast so can't comment on d food. Breakfast is 100k per pax. Room twin bed is 120cm each. There is small fridge. But no hairdryer. I think the room is just lacking of space for putting things. If they put the tv on the wall it will be better

GGuest UserCozy for those who want to relax after routines, especially residents outside Bogor. Worth it, the location, the room, the atmosphere. It happened to choose a room with a quiet atmosphere.. Mezzanine Suite type ... Really full rest ... Next yes, come back here again. Ma'aaic Azana Essence Sanggarbuana, which has already been one of the best comfortable hotels. Recommended 😍🥰

GGuest UserOn the app, I already requested a higher-floor room and one that’s relatively quiet, but the front desk still gave me the 11th floor (even though the available options were from the 9th to the 20th floor). At first, I thought the 11th floor might be fine, but later at night I realized the pool was right below my room — you can imagine how noisy it was.
When I took a shower at night, I found that the conditioner bottle was completely empty. And around midnight, while I was sleeping, there were people talking loudly at the pool area, and the soundproofing was really poor. And the gym was basically entirely under maintenance.
Overall, the experience wasn’t great, although the staff were very friendly.

GGuest UserTheir buffet is only for 3 stars hotel..not much selection..average in food quality...
I complained about the entrance and coffee table lights that cant be switch off ...They came to loosened the bulb and said that was normal for the room to switch off by loosening the bulb...
For the taxi came in to pick you up . .hotel charged 3000rp..just to drive through the hotel

- Friendly staff, quickly replaced my sheets after mentioning the stained sheets.
- Daily water bottles.
- Good location (close to Botanical Gardens, Indomaret).
- Quiet.
- Comfortable mattress.
Could be better:
- The air conditioning works well, but it's very loud.
- The pillows take a few nights to get used to because they're very thick/high. Also they heat up very very fast, so I needed to cover it with a towel.
Bad:
- Lots of stains on the mattress cover and blankets. Also the towels could look fresher than they did.
- It takes ages to get hot water for a shower.
- Water pressure is highly irregular.

WWolf98I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, close to shops and transport, which made traveling very Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity.
Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor.
Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!
