圓圓滾滾的軟爛學The location is fantastic! It's right next to the botanical garden and a mall, both just a short walk away. The welcome tea was really refreshing, and the lobby has a comfortable seating area with power outlets.
The bed in the room was quite comfortable, and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet. However, the shampoo and body wash are a 3-in-1 product, which left my skin feeling a bit dry, so that's something to be aware of. Also, the hairdryer is wall-mounted.

GGuest UserIt’s a nice small hotel with a good location. The staffs are nice,too. We love the food because It has so many variety. We just have a little misunderstanding about the type of the hotel room. We ask for a queen bed but the hotel said they just can give us that type because it’s an optional and no available room with queen room.

GGuest UserLocation is very central behind McD Bogor Botanical Garden. There is BTM mall just beside. Deluxe room is small but clean. Water heater works well. Pool size is ok for kids but the water is very cold. We opted room without breakfast so can't comment on d food. Breakfast is 100k per pax. Room twin bed is 120cm each. There is small fridge. But no hairdryer. I think the room is just lacking of space for putting things. If they put the tv on the wall it will be better

OOmar Basri RozduanHad a great stay at Bigland Hotel Bogor during my trip. The room was clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Location was also convenient, which made everything easier during my visit.
One thing I really love about this hotel is they serve Starbucks coffee right from the room. As a coffee lover, being able to enjoy it anytime without needing to go out is such a nice touch. Honestly, this is one of the main reasons why I keep coming back here every time I visit Bogor.
Overall, really enjoyed the experience and would definitely stay here again.

Llina cindyI arrived at 6:30 PM, and the room should have been ready, but instead, they were still looking for one. Weird. Did they think I wasn't going to show up or something? Then, there were lots of ants in the room. I was worried all night that my croissants would get covered in them. What's up with housekeeping? It seems like the management isn't doing a good job anymore. Everything feels lacking. At breakfast on Sunday, July 26, 2026, the staff at the egg station delivered someone else's order, and I had to get mine myself? Is that what they call hospitality? They should really fire them; it's embarrassing for Zest Bogor. And why can't GrabFood deliveries be brought to the room anymore? It used to be allowed. Now everyone's just lazy.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is super strategic. It's close to a mall, just a short walk away, and also near a 24-hour McDonald's and a coffee shop. The breakfast was a bit less impressive than my last stay here. The smart TV unfortunately often had errors. But overall, I'm satisfied with the service at this hotel.

- Friendly staff, quickly replaced my sheets after mentioning the stained sheets.
- Daily water bottles.
- Good location (close to Botanical Gardens, Indomaret).
- Quiet.
- Comfortable mattress.
Could be better:
- The air conditioning works well, but it's very loud.
- The pillows take a few nights to get used to because they're very thick/high. Also they heat up very very fast, so I needed to cover it with a towel.
Bad:
- Lots of stains on the mattress cover and blankets. Also the towels could look fresher than they did.
- It takes ages to get hot water for a shower.
- Water pressure is highly irregular.

AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity.
Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor.
Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!
