WWendy van DrielWe had a great stay in Ibis Pajajaran, personalised service, great breakfast and dinner, perfect Reception service and everybody was really kind. They gave us a top floor room with beautiful views.
Perfect location for visiting the famous botanical gardens. We went back three times just to enjoy the tranquility and beautiful old trees. Thank you for the good time!

It happened to choose a room with a quiet atmosphere.. Mezzanine Suite type ... Really full rest ... Next yes, come back here again. Ma'aaic Azana Essence Sanggarbuana, which has already been one of the best comfortable hotels. Recommended đđ„°

FFifi EffieFast check-in and check-out. The room was very spacious with great view from 21st floor. Breakfast changes every day for certain items.
Really appreciate the late check-out at 12.30pm instead. Smart TV available which is really good. They replenished the bottles for you but you can refill outside the room via the water dispenser.
Water heater is definitely never an issue here. Every time the water is hot when we want it, for shower or in the bathtub. Really enjoyed the stay here

- Friendly staff, quickly replaced my sheets after mentioning the stained sheets.
- Daily water bottles.
- Good location (close to Botanical Gardens, Indomaret).
- Quiet.
- Comfortable mattress.
Could be better:
- The air conditioning works well, but it's very loud.
- The pillows take a few nights to get used to because they're very thick/high. Also they heat up very very fast, so I needed to cover it with a towel.
Bad:
- Lots of stains on the mattress cover and blankets. Also the towels could look fresher than they did.
- It takes ages to get hot water for a shower.
- Water pressure is highly irregular.

RRanduMy staycation at The Mirah Hotel was very comfortable. The location is excellent, being close to many establishments like Chocomory, Starbucks, local eateries (for Pecel Ayam), Fat Bubble, and more. However, it would be great if they could consider providing basic amenities such as combs, cotton buds, and shampoo, as these were not available.

GGuest UserI was lucky enough to get a great price at first, but literally the next day, the price for the same room shot up significantly. My tip for families (4 adults): rather than paying for an extra bed and additional breakfast, it's much better to just book a second room. This way, you're all set with enough beds and breakfast! For context, adding breakfast yesterday cost 150k per person. If you opt for an extra bed, the rate is 350k per bed, which only includes breakfast for one.

WWolf98I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, close to shops and transport, which made traveling very Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
