Guest UserComfortable stay, and the check-in process was quick. The kids also loved swimming. It's a shame there wasn't a welcome drink though; hopefully, they'll have one next time so guests can have a drink while waiting to check in.

Dirty. Room needs some maintenance and update. Sink clogged and didn't drain properly. Room Furniture should be either replaced or the finish resurfaced. Rust stain and shower wall with molds.

Nice place to stay. Superior room is not big, but ok. Breakfast: Nasi goreng + scrambled eggs. Water, coffee and tea. Everyday.
Breakfast is from 7 - 10. However at 9.40 hrs the staff already started cleaning up.

Adam AshraffA perfect hotel with reasonable price. The front desk is very good with super warm welcome by staff. Room is huge and nice. Breakfast very good. Even the hotel in University but near with shopping mall and got beach (about 500m walking). I enioy brisk walk in morning around that campus. A perfect morning..

The hotel breakfast was quite generous, featuring local specialty pastries. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom felt a bit cramped. The hotel is centrally located, with plenty of banks and restaurants nearby, making dining incredibly convenient.

Guest UserExcellent facilities and delicious food. However, I must say our initial check-in experience was not very pleasant. The room we booked wasn't ready even though we arrived at 4 PM, and it still wasn't ready by 5:30 PM.

The stay was great, but they didn't provide any slippers. I requested them, but they were never delivered, even after I called the front desk multiple times. Oh well.
