GGuest UserNice service.. For I forgot that have to catch up early morning flight, but already booked breakfast for 2 pax.. Cannot return the money for the second day breakfast, only can take away the breakfast.. So we request for the breakfast, they served it with fruits, buns and rice and vegetables plus chicken (actually we request for it).. Thank you so much for fulfilled my request.. Going to stay again at rocky for next visit to padang.. Beside there also got supermarket, nice!

AAdam AshraffA perfect hotel with reasonable price. The front desk is very good with super warm welcome by staff. Room is huge and nice. Breakfast very good. Even the hotel in University but near with shopping mall and got beach (about 500m walking). I enioy brisk walk in morning around that campus. A perfect morning..

Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t attentive enough to facilitate our request of double bed for all 4 rooms booked about a month prior to our arrival. 3 out of 4 rooms were without hot shower which annoyed us a lot. The room I stayed (#552) shares the same balcony with the next room and surprisingly the balcony door can’t be locked. Very loud music from the rooftop bar was also very annoying. Breakfast was not impressive and staff not attentive enough to replenish drinking glass for the fruit juices. Will choose other hotel whenever I visit Padang on the future.

AAnonymous UserThe room is very clean and its very near to Masjid Al Hakim. Only 5mins walking distance to the beach too. The toilet also clean and they also provide water dispenser, so no hustle to worry to buy mineral water together with the iron (upon request). I also used the laundry service which is very good and the price also quite cheap. I went during Ramadan, hence anyone who want to discover Padang during Ramadan, i would really recommend to stay at this hotel!

However, the staff communication is lacking. They're quite stiff and unfriendly, giving off an indifferent vibe.

HHuseeThe hotel’s location is definitely a plus—it’s close to the sea, which offers easy access to the beach. The receptionist was very welcoming and made check-in smooth, but unfortunately we weren’t allowed to check in early. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The room didn’t feel properly cleaned, and the amenities are clearly outdated and in need of renovation. While the staff’s attitude was great, the overall condition of the hotel falls short of expectations.

FFaaiz97It was a nice play to stay. Really strategic place because at the town. About food you can easily get near this place. Many food like lontong, teh telur, lakitang. Comfortable place to stay because have many things their provide such as transport to attraction place, air conditioner at the lobby. Thanks for the trip recommend to stay at this hotel, also get the nice voucher to use . I love you all so much. Will come again to padang. Nice view near beach, and cold
