OOpenEyesOnTheWorldLocation good, bed comfortable. The room is pretty much run down, mold and moisture on the wall in the room, and in the bathroom. AC very loud. The furniture and seats are stained and filthy.
Rooms are not soundproof so you hear everything from the corridor including the hotel music running almost 24 hours.

GGuest UserHotel location in the UNP itself and good location. Hotel lobby is nice and very welcoming by the staff. Unfortunately, the room is very dirty and dusty. You can see hair and dirt marks on the mattress and duvet cover. The toilet wall with greenish mold. It is a waste for such a good location hotel but with very poor cleanliness. Hopefully the management can take a look into this matter.

TTravelholic✈️The room is small, not really clean. By the time i step into the room, the floor is dusty, the lamp is full of dust. Believe more than a year the lamp is not being wiped. The air-conditioning is poor, adjusted to 16 Celsius yet cant feel the cold at old. The bathroom water pressure is so weak, u are showering under a low water pressure condition. Highly not recommended!

LLooi STThe hotel is located some distance away from shops and restaurants. You'll need to walk 5 min to get to any place decent for food, unless you ate at the hotel restaurant. The staff were pleasant and helpful and my room was comfortable. Had a pleasant stay here overall.

AAnonymous UserThe room is very clean and its very near to Masjid Al Hakim. Only 5mins walking distance to the beach too. The toilet also clean and they also provide water dispenser, so no hustle to worry to buy mineral water together with the iron (upon request). I also used the laundry service which is very good and the price also quite cheap. I went during Ramadan, hence anyone who want to discover Padang during Ramadan, i would really recommend to stay at this hotel!

MM TOHAR BANEGAThe stay was great, but they didn't provide any slippers. I requested them, but they were never delivered, even after I called the front desk multiple times. Oh well.

HHuseeThe hotel’s location is definitely a plus—it’s close to the sea, which offers easy access to the beach. The receptionist was very welcoming and made check-in smooth, but unfortunately we weren’t allowed to check in early. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The room didn’t feel properly cleaned, and the amenities are clearly outdated and in need of renovation. While the staff’s attitude was great, the overall condition of the hotel falls short of expectations.
