"Overall, we enjoyed our time staying at Horison TC Upi Serang. The location was perfect since it was of good diatance to several places like the mall and food places. The beds were very comfortable and rooms are spacious 👍🏼 Service was also very good as they are very polite 👍🏼 The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of food available 👍🏼
However, my family and I feel that the cleanliness of the rooms can be improved as my parents saw hair on the floor (which is not theirs) and dust still. The cleanliness can be improved further 👎🏼 Additionally, there is a mosquito problem as me and my family saw alot of mosquitoes in our rooms and I got bit several times at night 👎🏼 Hope these issues can be resolved.

Moved rooms twice, and both times there was a problem with one of the room's light switches. The location is strategic in the center of Serang, breakfast also has many choices and is delicious. Friendly service. It's also a shame the room is not soundproof. The sound of the guests next door chatting can be heard clearly. Moreover, this is located on the side of the highway, the sound of passing vehicles is very noisy. This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel and couldn't sleep because of the noise and the sound of passing vehicles.

GGuest UserThe room given at the beginning turned out to be broken and the shower was broken. At last, it was changed to another room, but the condition of the 2nd room was not clean and when it rained, there were many small frogs coming into the room and there were many mosquitoes.
Good hotel equipment 4 star which has a coffee tea heater and breakfast menu is also interesting

EEgaOverall hotelnya bagus, cuma ada yg kurang. Bantal sm selimutnya sdh kliatan kusam (yg tdnya putih, jd kecoklatan) trs sarapan, sarapannya untuk pilihannya standar hotel sekelasnya. Yg kurang baru ngerasain 1x nginep disuguhin sarapan lauknya telor balado dan nuget, dibanding hotel sekelasnya menurut sy, sangat kurang.
