GGuest UserOur stay at Kasauli Exotica was really enjoyable. The staff was very courteous and helpful at all times. The food was extremely well made. The rooms were warm and the balcony was a cherry on the cake as we could enjoy the beautiful view.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel. Location is easy to find and very near to checkpost/bus stand. Spacious rooms nice and clean bathroom. Have a great view from attached garden area. You can sit in the lobby or walk in tha garden. Tasty food. Overall a nice and relaxing experience.

Nestled amid-st the serene mountains, this hidden gem proved to be a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking natural beauty that surrounded us. The crisp mountain air, lush greenery, and the melodious chirping of birds created a picturesque setting that felt straight out of a fairy tale. The resort itself was a haven of comfort and luxury. The rooms were tastefully decorated, offering spectacular views of the hills and valleys. The staff's warm hospitality was noteworthy - they went out of their way to ensure every aspect of our stay was comfortable and memorable. The cuisine was a delightful surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on the trip.

GGuest UserThe hotel was nice and room was good. It was neat and clean but the service was not upto the mark. Despite repeated reminders need full was not done. Food was also not good. 2. The stay in hotel choice garden zirakpur was really worst experience. Construction work was going on in front of the room allotted to us. It continued till 7. 30 pm and started again in the following morning. It was dusty inside and outside. Wash basin in the washroom was blocked. The only positive thing was that food served was very good.
