GGuest UserBest hotel to stay in kota! all the staffs are well trained. Starting from the reception where mr. Devendra solanki help you with the smooth checking. He asks for the room preferences and allots the room accordingly. The house keeping staff escorts you to the room which makes a customer feels luxurious. Ms. Jyoti, ms. Tin a and mr. Brijesh supports you with the house keeping. The therapy restaurant is a good location to start your day with breakfast where mr. Narendra and mr. Rohit serves you delicious food. 5/5 for all the hotel management.

GGuest UserVery close to railway station so convenient if you have to catch a train during early and late hours. The rooms are clean and the property has a period feel to it like from old british times with its quirky wooden furniture, paintings and artefacts. Makes one feel at home quickly. The owners are friendly and welcoming. If an opportunity arises will definitely stay again.

GGuest UserBooked for family. We were shifted to another hotel of the same group which was recently constructed . It had mosquitoes in the room and after repeated requests a repellant was provided. No restaurant in the new place . Had to order food from outside. Breakfast was given at the old hotel and it was good.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a very good approach to city all prominent places in kota. Staff attitude is good. Food quality is good. Interiors is good but it requires maintenance. I have not taken pics of hotel but in room no. 203 wall paper near ac is damaged due to linkage from ac pipe and. Flow of water in side bathroom is not proper.

GGuest UserDifficulty lock of the door is broken, food i got that was complimentary is not suppose to be good, location is not on the map. Water heater is not working merit room was awesome it is known chawani flyover know as the centre of kota for iit jee aspirant only. Else all the things are good
