GGuest UserIdeally located in the center. We were here for our cruise and you walk to the cruise terminal. Hotel is modernly decorated. Rooms nice with good air conditioning. Breakfast neat and good choice. Great base

It is located in a comfortable location just a few minutes walk from the Castle,
the staff is very friendly and kind,
The view from the room on the sea is really wonderful,
but the hotel is certainly to consider more 3 stars and not 4 a little for everything from breakfast to
bathroom, shower with a displaced fabric tent,
Of deteriorated parts such as doors, on ground
You have health care, especially dirty around.
For the good complex but not very good from 4 stars.

VVictoria SmykovaOverall, it's not bad, but for an NH hotel, there are some issues: we were put in a room for people with disabilities (maybe they don't have any regular rooms left?), there's no drinking water—they told us to drink tap water, there's no coffee machine in the room or at reception, no toothbrushes in the room, and the view from the window is onto the courtyard (photo attached). The breakfast is decent, but worse than at other NH hotels in other locations. So, compared to other NH hotels, this one is worse in every way, more like a budget Ibis. The location is convenient: between the train station and the cruise port.

GGuest UserFrequent weekend awayer's we loved everything at this boutique style hotel. The staff and front desk were aware of our needs before we were. The vehicle valet parking truly convenient as parking in Trieste can be daunting if you don't know your way around. We loved breakfast and it was beautifully presented and cooked to order. We could have sat eating all day! The room was fitted with an amazingly comfy bed and pillows and the decor delights the senses. We will certainly return to this gem.

GGuest UserThe hotel locates at a really nice place, and is very close to the guest house of ICTP. It has perfect surroundings with great sight of the sea. The service is great too, both at the front desk and in the cafeteria.

AAnonymous UserOn the way back from salento we did a pit stop here. Travelling with jdis and grand parents it was a great solution as it offered dinner (very authentic and delicious) and breakfast. The place was also great in nature with lots of green so it was also a nice little stop for the kids. Lots of beds in our suite. Only (slight) downside was theres no AC but we were in nature and kept windows open with the fans.

GGuest User17 min away from the port terminal or 8 min from the train station. The place is neat and clean. Rooms are adequately illuminated and comparatively spacious. Staff are very nice and friendly and super helpful. My friend left something in the ship and the reception staff helped to contact the ship company to report the lost. Highly recommended 👍🏼

LLori C.A safe, 3-star hotel in a great location that's excellent for solo travelers. It's located near the cruise ship terminal (18 minute walk) and train station. There are restaurants, shopping, a 24-hour laundromat, post office, and grocery store nearby. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was able to check in early; they also offer a luggage storage room. I received excellent travel advice...I was able to plan and execute a day trip on a water taxi to Muggia, Italy on my arrival day then went to Slovenia the following day. They also booked an early morning (0430 am) airport taxi for me as well. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and was constantly replenished but not a big area, again great for solos. My room on the 5th floor was a little outdated but clean and comfortable. The front desk is not open 24-hours. I would definitely stay here again.
