Hatsukaichi Hotels with Breakfast

This hotel is great. Hiroshima Airport called a taxi for about 1 hour. The hotel is pure Japanese style, and there are a large number of koi. The room has a private soup, dinner is outstanding, and I stayed for two nights without repeating.

This ryokan should be rated 3 stars and above. Maybe it is because it does not have multiple amenities like the other big establishments charging at an exorbitant amount. Pay enough attention and one can see the operator went the extra mile to maintain the facility while keeping its guests welcome. Very good value for money.

The location is very good, just a few minutes walk to the Itsukushima Shinto Shrine and Mt. Misen Ropeway station. There is a free shuttle bus station right outside the hotel to go the ropeway station. You can see the Torii throughout the hotel window. At night when the Torii with lights on, the view is stunning! The indoor onsen is not big but it's ok for 10+ people at the same time, the outside onsen is small and can only occupies 4-5ppl. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and thoughtful. I was fully wet after the hiking to Mt. Mismen on the raining day, they helped me to dry all my shoes and coat. Happy to stay at Iwaso and will definitely stay again.

I went to Miyajima on a family trip and used it for the first time. Unfortunately, there are no open-air baths or private baths, but some rooms have open-air baths with rooms, so I think you can choose according to your taste. What should be noted here is the wonderfulness of the food. The amount of meals varies or is insufficient depending on the course and price, which is often a big preparation at such a large inn, and the impression and quality of appearance are greatly different from the images on the site. Instead of having a sense of failure such as the dishes that were cold at the time of serving inn dishes, we were able to provide a wonderful dish of a more impressive level. This time we were in the room, and it was originally said that Masazen was the basic set, but ４ kind of seasonal course dishes (Masazen, delicious fish, delicious meat, delicious feast) with guidance on the site. I requested it at the stage of advance reservation and received everything with my family. There is no loss at all in every course, and the abundant ingredients unique to the land are carefully prepared, and all of them are very delicious, and the individual dishes requested by the order are prepared quickly. It's located near Itsukushima shirine, therefore good to take a rest after daily trip room condition is good and comfortable. Staff also so kind above all breakfast was ”a feast” and delicious. It was better than what I'd thought but can't use shower facilities in the room. If you want to take a shower, you have to go to separate shower room I'm satisfied with this accomodation overall

Except for the Japanese dinner, everything else is satisfactory! The hotel is a 6-7 minute walk to Itsukushima Shrine. Breakfast is a buffet and dinner is Kaiseki cuisine. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything is not delicious! I have stayed in at least five or six Japanese traditional hot spring hotels with breakfast and dinner. This one has the worst dinner. The hot spring facilities are also very old!

We had a wonderful time enjoying the onsen bath, recliner lounge, ocean terrace and beautiful view from our room (Note: trip.com booking of lowest priced room with sea view is not correct as the room is located at the lowest level and you only see trees before the ocean. We need to pay extra to upgrade the room to a better view). There's a private onsen bath tub in the room too. They also provide free coffee, popsicle sticks and yukata at the lobby. Dinner and breakfast has a reasonable spread but most food (especially the fried ones) are pre-cooked and cold. So they don't taste as good. The location is high up the hills. It's not possible to get a bus and then climb up with heavy luggages. The best way is to take a taxi, so be prepared to pay the price.

The staff were very happy with the smile I missed the hotel where I could stay with my pet, but I didn't smell especially like my pet. The bath attached to the room was very good to put it in my favorite time
