"I was drawn to this hotel's innovative location, right in the middle of a shopping arcade. Since it was New Year's, not many shops were open, but the staff kindly provided a list of those that were. They even had activities like 'kakizome' (first calligraphy of the year) and 'omikuji' (fortune slips) prepared, truly embodying the warm, communal spirit of a shopping street. Their welcome was incredibly warm and attentive, which I really appreciated. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. I'd love to stay here again."
