Nakijin Hotels with Breakfast

Everything was amazing for Valentine’s Day! This is perfect for a couple going away from everything and everyone! From the second we parked our car and getting our bags taken upstairs to the last pictures taken by the host! Wagyu burger spot like 2 minutes away walking and heart rock like 5 min or less walking. It was so peaceful waking up to the sunrise and beautiful view!

I often visit Okinawa, but this time I planned to charter a fishing boat for squid fishing, so I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, as it's close to the port. It had just been renovated, so it was a very clean hotel. There's a 7-Eleven on the first floor, which is very convenient, and there's a large public bath on the top floor, which I enjoyed every day! There's also a proper sauna (though I didn't use it), so I recommend it to sauna lovers 😊 Across the street, there's a drugstore and a supermarket, so if you forget anything while packing for your trip, you can get it relatively easily 😊 However, there aren't many good restaurants nearby (I didn't check), so I had the hotel's buffet breakfast and dinner once each. It was surprisingly (though it might sound rude to say so) very delicious, so next time I have the opportunity to stay, I'll definitely choose a plan that includes meals 😊 And all the staff were incredibly kind; they even accommodated my very selfish request regarding the delivery of the squid I caught, for which I'm truly grateful. Thank you very much! If you want to fully enjoy the northern part of Okinawa, I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a sanctuary, but need more choice of food.

When I booked, the price was so low that I honestly didn't expect much, but I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The room was very spacious, and I was impressed that there was a free washer and dryer in the common area, plus all the amenities were provided. In the morning, I could walk to the beach in about 8 minutes, and the hotel also had a rooftop, making for a wonderful experience!

My stay at Yawn Yard Kouri Island (Sea) was overall very pleasant. Each villa features a private swimming pool and an outdoor soaking tub, offering a serene and luxurious retreat. The in-room dining service was especially ideal for families with infants—like ours, with a 3-month-old baby boy. It allowed us to enjoy meals without worrying about sudden crying episodes disturbing other guests, as might happen in a public restaurant setting. The dinner provided through in-room dining was exceptionally delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We truly enjoyed both breakfast and dinner in the villa’s outdoor courtyard, where we could take in stunning ocean views, sunsets, and even rainbows—a truly magical experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, adding to the overall sense of relaxation and making our stay even more memorable. That said, it’s worth noting that the villa’s design leans toward an eco-lodge style. The bathroom is located at the rear of the house, requiring guests to walk through the outdoor courtyard each time they need to use it. This can be less convenient in the evening, especially when insects like spiders are more active. For this reason, the accommodation may not suit everyone.

Hotel location is a bit difficult, when booking the hotel, I saw a sauna and a jacuzzi on the Internet. The website mentioned that I needed to pay separately. I was full of joy and thought that I could enjoy the above facilities for free. I only knew that I needed to pay separately. Everyone needed to calculate independently.

The hotel is located on Kouri Island, with a very nice view of Kouri Bridge. The room is large and equipped with cooking utensils. It can accommodate many people. The cleaning time was very random and did not follow the schedule, and the hotel staff came into the room to clean without prior notice. I was a bit dissatisfied. Since I had notified the hotel through Trip.com before departure that I would arrive very late, but when I arrived, I found that the front desk was closed, and there was no prior notice from Trip.com or the hotel about the key collection arrangements, which made my group very panic. Fortunately, I found Trip.com customer service to find the password. Thank you to the customer service and compensation for helping me handle it that day.

Self service hotel. hotel will email guest QR code. use this to check in. need to scan and photo all guest ID or passport. Try to use the main roads to get to the hotel. If you follow Google Maps, it will take you through many narrow alleys with steep slopes. Get your breakfast from the hotel. not so convenient to get breakfast in Kouri Iskand. 30min drive to nearby town Nag where you can get find many restaurant and shopping. The nearest decent supermarket is about 20mins drive away. room feature small kitchen (microwave oven )but no utensils. Recommeded---＞ best C/P value stay in Kaori Island for the view ....

The view from the room is wonderful. I was able to enjoy the extraordinary space. It was very good. However, the bath was covered with glass, but I was a little worried about the water red. I think the corners of the bath and the corners of the guest rooms were not well cleaned. I don't think it's a cheap villa, so I wanted you to notice the details. Also, since the restaurant was far away, I procured rice and drinks in advance and ate slowly in the room, but there were no chopsticks or plates, and there was no microwave. There was a wine glass, a plastic spoon and a paper cup, but there are no other tableware, so you need to prepare it in advance.

Despite the remote location in a far corner of Kouri Island, this Villa is quite easily accessible, within walking distance to the landmark attraction Heart Rock on the Island. The openness of the Villa is unique, which may not be liked by those who require security and privacy. A dip in the jacuzzi on the terrace during the day is a highlight of our stay. We particularly enjoyed having all curtains opened so we could submerge ourselves in nature and looked at the vast blue sky of Okinawa in the sunny afternoon we luckily had during our stay in mid April.
