"今回母方の親族の葬儀で延岡に母をつれてAPAホテルを利用させてもらいました。
ロケーションも良く、建物そのものは昔のホテルを覚えているので古いですが、きれいに改装されていて、快適でした。
ツインルームで都会のAPAホテルとは違ってベッドも高すぎず、部屋も広くて良かったです。ただ母が高齢で脚が悪くオーバル型の浴槽は見た目綺麗なのですが脚の悪い高齢者には、座ってしまうと立てなくなりました。翌朝フロントにダメ元で介護用のお風呂用の椅子はないかと訪ねましたが、やはりご用意はないとのご返事でした。浴槽そのものを変えることはできないでしょうが今後高齢者用にそういったものを希望する人に出せるようにご用意いただければありがたいです。高齢者は立ったままのシャワーは危ないし、そもそも立っていられません。
かといって旅館には泊まれないのです。高齢者も脚の悪い人もベッドでないと翌朝立ち上がれないのです。
浴室にはいる段差も気になりました。
ステップや介護用の椅子を有償ででも少しご用意いただければAPAさんももっと泊まりやすいです。
それ以外は何も言うことなく快適でした。"
