Amazing
GGuest UserIt was my first time staying at the shukubo, but in a good way it was a very cozy inn without being ”formal” or ”stiff”. The food was just right and delicious. The story of the priest in front of zazen was also very good. It was a feeling that life experience was oozing out.
GGuest UserYou can go directly to the hotel lobby from the east exit of Takasaki Station via the outdoor walkway on the second floor, and the hotel lobby, rooms, large communal bath on the 10th floor, and breakfast venue on the second floor are all very satisfying facilities. I had a very comfortable stay. I would definitely use it again.
JJaponamamarecently stayed at the Route Inn Takasaki Hotel, and it was a delightful experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning view of the river. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided, including a well-stocked minibar and luxurious toiletries, added a nice touch. The hotel's restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was varied and satisfying.
GGuest UserThe room facilities are a bit old. But because it is close to the station, it only takes 6-7 minutes to walk and it is very cheap. It's okay to stay for one night
After checking out. Because the luggage has been stored in the hotel. It's raining heavily again. So I asked the hotel to borrow an umbrella. It rained all day and I went back to get my luggage at night. My mother-in-law is very nice. She gave me the umbrella (but I didn’t want it). She is really considerate❤️
ババカThe facilities are a bit old, but they function without any problems.
The parking lot is narrow and requires parallel parking, but it's fine for a regular car.
Considering the location and the amount of breakfast, it's quite inexpensive.
GGuest UserI used it for motorcycle touring. The location isn't great, as I can see the train tracks, the back entrance with exposed rust, and a small gravel parking lot, but it was nice to be able to check from the window if the bikes were safe late at night (^^;
Since it was a single use double room, the room was spacious and I was able to stretch my arms and legs and sleep. Although it was a smoking room, there was not much smell of cigarettes.
Two 500ml bottles of water were provided in the refrigerator. There are few restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel, but you can find them within a short walk. The ramen shop that I was guided to by the front desk staff was Jiro-style.
Breakfast was a buffet with Japanese, Western, and even small desserts, and the danishes and croissants were delicious. *Is it because there was no food or fruit available for hygiene reasons?
The cost performance was very good for both Usagi and Kaku. thank you very much.
