Gumi-si Hotels with Breakfast

Very clean hotel. Comes with free laundry service if you stay two nights or more. Breakfast is a simple Korean style breakfast with only a few options. Overall, the place is nice and I would recommend this hotel that has many restaurants amd convenient shops arou nd.

After climbing Mt. Geumo, I couldn't find a place near the mountain because of the overlapping date with the Asian Athletics Championships. Although it was about 12 kilometers away from the mountain, it was worth visiting. The staff were very friendly and clean. Relax in the environment, charge, view, and there are places to walk nearby. The facilities are also the best. The bathroom has upgraded the bubble bathtub, air dresser and room. The suite and space are spacious, comfortable, and I would like to recommend it to my acquaintances as well as revisiting.

The location is good because it is close to Gumi Station. The soundproofing was a bit unfortunate, but I was generally satisfied with the facilities and heating. ㅎㅎ Satisfied with the price.

I was satisfied with the hotel's location, cleanliness, and facilities. In particular, the condition of the room and the overall environment exceeded my expectations. However, one regrettable aspect was that I had purchased additional breakfast vouchers, but I was unable to use them the next day because I was not feeling well. As a result, two breakfast vouchers were wasted, so I asked the front desk before checkout if I could use them on my next visit. However, the only response I received was a firm notification that it was ”not possible.” Since it was the off-season and breakfast was served buffet style, I had hoped that some adjustments might be possible depending on the situation. Of course, I understand that the breakfast system is prepared based on the number of guests. However, I believe that true customer satisfaction is created by having the ”room” to flexibly respond to even the smallest circumstances of a customer. For instance, if you had shown even a little flexibility, such as offering a discount on a portion of the breakfast vouchers on my next visit, I would have gladly chosen this hotel again for my next business trip. I hope you will be a little more considerate of customers' situations rather than being overly bound by rules. That small gesture could have made the memory of this hotel much warmer.

There are not many hotels to choose from in Gumi. This hotel is better because it is close to Cultural Street and also close to Gumi Railway Station. It is very lively next to it and there is enough food. The hotel itself has no service, just a room with a toilet and shower. A place for rest, personal requirements are not high, I think it is OK.
