GGuest UserMy stay at Mercure Katowice Centrum was excellent. The location is central and convenient, the rooms are spotless, and the amenities are modern and well-maintained. Service was exceptional, with daily cleaning at a high standard. Special thanks to Klaudia at reception—she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.

GGuest UserThe room space is good, the facilities are very beautiful, the room service is beautiful, and then you can go to the front desk to buy a small glass of wine every day when you come back from work. This is my favorite place. From the European area, the Polish hotel is very good value for money.

MM48331****This residence is in a good location and the breakfast is delicious. I have to mention that the bed is very comfortable. Although some staff are not professional enough, the overall performance is excellent. The room on the street has a good view, which is a bit noisy.

CChristianSkasGute Lage etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, aber direkt an der Haltestelle vom Airport-Bus. Design und Technik des Hotels nicht wirklich aktuell, jedoch optimal gepflegt. Super Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Kalte und warme Speisen. Sogar Torte und frische Waffeln. Sauna und Gym Tag und Nacht kostenfrei nutzbar. Das Zimmer etwas zu dunkel, jedoch mit farblichen Akzenten. Breites Doppelbett, getrennte Bettdecken. TV klein und schon älter. Wasserkocher, Tee/Wasser und sogar ein DVD-Spieler im Zimmer. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert...!!!

AAnonymous UserVery happy journey, a beautiful and quiet city hotel staff is warm and thoughtful and helps us find authentic Polish food. The hotel has opened a free music festival for five days in a row. This makes the Chinese feel very lucky. Downstairs is a dining street. Various cuisines come to Kato next time. Still living here
