Amazing
JJohn McSpeddenAs a budget hotel it was ok. Unfortunately the hot water needs to be repaired as initially no hot water and when it was repaired, it was not hot.
No tea in the hotel, only 2 sachets of coffee to drink.
Dinner in the outside hotel restaurant was ok but it took nearly an hour to make.
Staff were attentive and very pleasant.
I do not believe I will be back to this hotel.
GGuest UserThe location is relatively biased, but the owner is very sincere, sometimes the temporary network can not reach the car, rainy days to the road to stop the car. Some room types open three people, more flexible, suitable for the whole family or business people to travel more. It would be better if the pool could be used to salvage insects every day.
AAnonymous UserWe had a great stay! The hotel is nice and the staff are very helpful. Just a couple of small suggestions for improvement:
- It would be great to have more soap and shampoo available in the room.
- The showers in the onsen area can’t be adjusted for temperature, which would be a helpful feature.
Overall, it was a solid experience and we enjoyed our time here.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is old, the cleanliness is above average, the air conditioning isn't very effective and it's quite noisy.
However, you can't expect too much for the price. It's acceptable for a few days.
Free parking is available, but it's very narrow and not a proper parking lot; you park in the alley behind the hotel.
AAnonymous UserEverything was very impressive, good service, but the hotel is a bit deep inside. In the morning, it's hard to find a restaurant. The cleaning lady's mouth hurts so much that the door can't be opened, so we called her to help open it, but when she arrived, she complained that it was nothing, the door was normal, using an unhappy voice. And she kept talking after us until we checked out, she kept talking after us. Please warn her because we don't work there. We don't know how to open it, so instead of telling us nicely
