Happy time here. Everything is awesome in this hotel, especially the homemade breakfast, tasty and fresh. The owner of this hotel is just so nice, warm-hearted. Unforgettable experience, next time I am really willing to take my family here again. 很有特色的酒店，屋内有很多有意思的装饰，还有可以拍到热气球的观景台，老板娘人真的很棒，会介绍一些当地的景点和路线推荐。早餐起码很符合我的口味，推荐！

I even extend my day in this hotel because the host and receptionist is friendly...emir khan is so helpful in helping with luggage..and the owner cengis khan is helpful in providing u guys with all necessary information...save his number..and u guys can ask anything to him..managed to enjoy snow at erciyes mountain (in may - not winter season) based on his guide..tq emir and cengis khan

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. I’d recommend it. The hot air balloons are incredible and come right over the patio. The rooms are very cave like and the only thing I didn’t like was how moist it was in the room. The breakfast was outstanding, very top quality. If you are driving, the drive to the top is scary but just keep driving. Don’t stop! Hahaha.

The first room had a damaged shower head. They moved us to another room no questions asked. Breakfast was a great Turkish spread. With a hot omelette or traditional pie or donut. Absolute treat and great value. Mineral water and Chai tea on tap all day. Internet was perfect to take video meetings with colleagues in the USA and Europe. Location is away from the noise of Goreme, directly under the hotair balloons every morning. Incredible view from the rooftop terrace. Rooms are perfect, comphy bed, crisp sheets, brilliant water pressure! Staff are great! They even invited me to sit and have lunch with them one day. Delicious lemon cake. I asked for two of each Turkish coin, I'm collecting for my niece and nephew. Esra from the front desk found me all of the coins. Ever the scarce 1c and 5c, she even looked in her purse and tip jar for the 10c we couldn't find. Everyone gave the exact same service. On morning three I didn't even order a Double Turkish coffee with less sugar. One for the staff, knew and brought it for me. These guys get it. They know service and it's a treat. The price is oddly low. Incredible value. There is an epic hiking trail that starts in their back yard and goes all the way up the mountain and back down through the spectacular sand caps and dramatic Turkish landscape.

Family-run hotel. Although they don't understand English very well and need to use Google Translate to communicate, they are very happy to answer my questions in a friendly manner. The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, and it was only 3 minutes away from the city center

Very Good
Everything was fine. My only suggestion is to put the hotel restaurant menu in the rooms. Although the prices were normal for the area, we unfortunately did not hear about it until the last day. We would also like to thank the entire team. Quality is quality everywhere.
