The place is amazing and in my opinion almost incomparable on the island. Super quite, super clean, great service, great food, I won’t expect nothing more then this.

It’s my first time in Zanzibar, I spent two nights at this hotel and a night in another hotel, all I can say is that this hotel is wonderful, rooms are clean, food is nice and above all the staffs are lovely, very friendly and helpful, I’ve been to many hotels in different countries but I can give a high thumb for the staffs of Toa hotel, The General Manager, Lucas that received me upon arrival and the best of all The Front Desk Manager ESTHER, thanks a lot for the hibiscus Juice the day I arrived and the last cup you gave me before I leave, you never knew but it’s my best and I’ll come back for it again in sha Allah. You gave me free wine lucky I don’t drink alcohol I had to return it back to you, thank you so much and I’ll recommend thousands to use your hotel if I have to and I’m sure you’ll never let them down. My stay at this hotel I can call mostly positive . We received all necessary information from the staff on arrival . Our room was okay , except bathroom . It should be renovated cause our drain was clogged and water didn’t go down . Another issue we have with a staff member who responsible for trips . We agreed for some price and then he changed agreement right before departure so we didn’t proceed and found another taxi . And the main issue was the ocean - on this side of the island almost impossible to enjoy swimming- seaweed is everywhere .

The new hotel is invested by Indians. It has a very good environment and the service industry is quite enthusiastic. The package includes three meals a day. I stayed here for two days. The quality of the food was quite good and not too repetitive. The front desk of the hotel can arrange to go to the peninsula beach opposite to watch the sunset, but the beach opposite requires a fee of 10,000 shillings per person. There are usually activities, performances, etc. on the beach. The hotel has a casual style, quiet and clean. Their general manager, Mr. Saipan, is very enthusiastic, and their waiter, Maxmillion, provides excellent service and recommends tasting their Stone City rose wine. In addition, I would like to take the opportunity to recommend a good local driver, Mohammed Ali, who is originally from Oman. He is a nice person. He found the beach where we can go chasing dolphins, watching starfish, snorkeling, etc. It only costs 30 dollars to charter a boat, three in front and one in front. During the hour, the captain also gave me fruit as a gift. I felt that the service was very good and I consciously tipped. It was a great experience. There is this driver's business card in the picture, you can find him.

The service was great, and everyone was incredibly nice and respectful. For the most part, the location was nice. It is far from most things, so it is expensive to get picked up and brought places unless you book a tour, and it's free pickup and dropoff, which I recommend. Overall, I recommend this hotel; the private beach was so nice and relaxing. 

Staff were really helpful especially the receptionists. The food was really good and had a wide range of variety. The bars are nice especially jetti bar by the Ocean. Swimming pools are good. Room was good except for the foul smell of humidity. The night entertainment was basic.

Loved every day spent there! Beautiful place, efficient and lovely customer service. Their house keeping is like no other. My experience at Azao Resort is one for the books! I highly recommend staying there

Tres bel accueil. le personnel toujours aimable et disponible. Les coupures d'éléctricité générale ont toujours eu un relais rapide avec les générateurs. Emplacement idéal pour etre au calme en amoureux, des commerces d'appoint à proximité. Pour alterner avec le restaurant de l'hotel le Balungi à moins de 10mn à pieds est aussi bien, le Romagna Mia aussi. Uroa est vraiment une zone agréable pour une déconnexion et le Sunny palm est au top avec aussi bien la piscine privée de la Villa que la piscine collective à débordement avec vue imprenable sur la mer.. La chambre est vraiment confortable, spatieuse il y'a le choix entre la clim ou le ventilateur de plafond à pales. et la salle de sport avec la vue sur la piscine.. l'espace de jeux (billard babyfoot..) tout pour se détendre.
