A very nice and comfortable hotel. Breakfast is very good and it is very well located for visiting downtown Durango. We only stayed one night but we liked it very much.

Little bit old facilities and under renovation works. But best location and spacious rooms. Comfortable bed conditions. Recommend to stay for family travel.

This was the best hotel in our trip thus far! The rate was very good; the staff was friendly; the room was clean; the shower was hot; the breakfast was good and we enjoyed a complimentary evening popcorn snack! 5/5

Clean...bright...receptive
Restaurant Bar great...didn't have food but noted folks were being notified the kitchen was experiencing delays, which is a great indicator of customer service.
