The breakfast was not the best! The coffee was cold both morning’s we were there. The water temperature was barely hot in the bathroom and kitchen. I don’t believe I will stay again.

JonathanPatrickBellI had a good stay and everything was good except for they promised me a 1 check out and then the maids went crazy at 11:45 am…. And it was already so late how can you expect me to all of a sudden get out of the room when I was planning the 1 check out. Let people know the night before if you can’t!

Everything is perfect!I gave amenities a four star because of the AC near the window. It is loud and would not turn off. I used three pillows to cover the vent and the noise then became minimal. I had a good night sleep!

Franklin is so quiet, peaceful and clean.
Hotel staff was very kind.
Breakfast was better than other similar hotels because they also have chocolate waffles haha
